As the typhoons and floodings cause destruction, enormous damage and the losses of so many human lives, the Embassy of Belgium in Beijing expresses its sincere sympathy for the afflicted local population and it presents its condolences for the victims of the flood in Zixing, Hunan and other affected areas. Our deepest sympathies go to all those who have lost loved ones in this disaster. Our hearts and minds are with them and with the rescue teams.
