敬爱的老师们,亲爱的同学们:大家早上好!

我们来自PYP部五年级。我们在UOI《我们是谁》单元学习了身体、心理和人际关系的健康都将影响我们的幸福。今天,我们想借此机会和大家谈谈这一重要的话题——心理健康。 

心理健康是我们幸福成长的基石。它不仅影响我们的情绪和行为,还影响我们的学习效率和人际关系。当我们感到快乐、积极和充满自信时,我们更有动力去学习,也更容易与同学们建立良好的关系。相反,当我们感到压力、焦虑或沮丧时,这些情绪可能会影响我们的专注力和整体表现。

但我们需要明白的是,感到压力和情绪波动是很正常的。重要的是,我们要学会如何应对和管理这些情绪。首先,我们可以通过与家人、朋友或老师沟通来分享我们的感受。这样的交流会让我们感到被支持和理解。不要害怕表达自己,因为这会让你感到轻松和舒适。 

其次,保持健康的生活方式也非常重要。每天进行适当的体育锻炼,比如跑步、打球或做一些简单的体操,可以帮助我们释放压力,提高情绪。同时,保持充足的睡眠和营养均衡的饮食,也是维持心理健康的重要因素。 

除此之外,我们还可以通过培养兴趣爱好来调节心情。无论是画画、弹琴、阅读还是参加其他有趣的活动,这些爱好都能让我们放松,感到快乐。学会调节我们的学习压力,要善于安排时间,让学习和休息达到平衡。

同学们,心理健康和身体健康一样重要。我们要学会善待自己,关心周围的人,营造一个充满理解、支持和关爱的校园环境。让我们共同努力,使我们的校园成为一个充满阳光和正能量的地方! 



Dear teachers and students, Good morning! 

We are from PYP Grade 5. We learnt that mental, physical, and social-emotional health will impact our well-being. Today, we would like to take this opportunity to talk about this very important topic – mental health. 


Mental health is the foundation of our happy growth. It impacts not only our emotions and behavior but also our learning and friendships. When we feel happy, positive, and confident, we are more motivated to learn and find it easier to make friends. On the other hand, when we feel stressed, sad, or down, these emotions can impact our focus and overall performance. 


We need to understand that feeling stressed or experiencing emotional ups and downs is normal. What’s important is learning how to cope with and manage these feelings. First, we can share our thoughts and emotions with family, friends, or teachers. Communicating helps us feel supported and understood. Don’t be afraid to express yourself; it will make you feel relaxed and comfortable. 


Secondly, keeping a healthy lifestyle is also important. Participating in regular physical activities such as running, playing sports, or simple exercises helps reduce stress and boost our mood. Additionally, getting enough sleep and eating a balanced diet are important for having good mental health. 


Moreover, we can manage our emotions by developing hobbies. Whether it’s drawing, playing an instrument, reading, or other fun activities, hobbies can help us relax and find joy. Learn to manage your learning more efficiently to balance study time and rest. 


Dear students, mental health is as important as physical health. We should be kind to ourselves and care for those around us, creating a school environment full of understanding, support, and love. Let’s work together to make our school a place full of sunshine and positive energy!
