尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好！
校园是我们每天学习和成长的地方，校规校纪，帮助我们在一个安全、有序的环境中学习生活，每一位同学都应该自觉遵守。
The campus is where we learn and grow daily—school rules and regulations help us learn and live in a safe and orderly environment. We need to obey school rules and discipline.
首先，我们应该遵守课堂纪律。课堂是我们获取知识的地方，我们要认真听讲,尊重他人，不随意发言。
First, we should obey the classroom discipline. The classroom is where we acquire knowledge. We should listen carefully and respect others in the class.
其次，我们应该讲文明，有礼貌。我们要遵守学校的文明行为规范，与同学和睦相处，使用文明语言，不打架斗殴，不欺负弱小。
Secondly, we should be civilized and polite. We should abide by the school's civilized behavior norms, get along well with classmates, use civilized language, not fight, and not bully the weak.
在学校里，我们还应该遵守校园的安全管理规定，如不在楼道里追逐打闹，遵守体育课和课间活动的安全要求。保持教室和校园的卫生，做到不乱扔垃圾、不随地吐痰。
In school, we should also abide by the safety regulations of the campus, such as not chasing and fighting in the corridor, complying with the safety requirements of physical education classes and recess activities, maintaining the hygiene of the classroom and campus, and not littering or spitting.
遵守校规校纪，让我们从今天开始，从小事做起，让我们的校园更加和谐美好！
