 Inclusive Learning Community

维亚致力于创建全纳性学习社区,重视与学习社区内每一位成员的交流与分享,中班的爸爸妈妈们在春意盎然的5月走进了维亚校园,沉浸式感受和体验了孩子们的半日活动,观察和发现孩子的成长。快看,孩子们走出课室来欢迎爸爸妈妈啦!

Victoria is committed to creating an inclusive learning community that values the participation and voices of all members in the community. Eyeing on this aim, K2 Parents came in the campus this May to experience a half day at school, closely observing their children and learning about their life at school.










趣味盎然的Literacy时间,孩子们和老师一起边玩边学,挖掘字词中元音的长短发音,发现英文词汇组合的秘密;在分享阅读时,和老师共同发现绘本中有趣的事情;书写属于自己的故事时,能坚持做到老师的书写要求,并和爸爸妈妈们分享了自己书写的故事。孩子们在英文学习中高水平的互动和表现给了爸爸妈妈一份大大的惊喜!

During the fun-filled Literacy time, children and teachers learned through play together, spotting the long and short vowels in words and discovering the secrets of words spelling. They also explored fun picture books during share reading and wrote their own stories. After they finished writing, they happily shared their piece with their parents. The adults expressed that the natural and enthusiastic interactions between children and teachers were very impressive!

UOI主题探究中,孩子们化身成了小小调查员、建筑设计师、家居设计师,在老师的问题驱动下,根据人们不断变化的需求和未来生活愿景,将天马行空的想象与之结合,设计了具备多样化未来功能的房屋屋顶、家居用品,用自己的研究能力来为身边的人解决居住问题,让人眼前一亮。

Moving towards UOI time, the children transformed into little investigators, architects, and home designers. Driven by the teachers’ questions, they used their imaginations to visualize people’s future life. Then they tried to design new roofs and household items with diverse functions. In this project, they also used their research and thinking ability to solve housing problems that people have now.






















孩子们平时都是怎么在探究中学习的?别急,孩子们带你走进学生主导会议,他们用中英文给爸爸妈妈介绍规则和玩法,和爸爸妈妈共同游戏的过程中向他们展示了自己在主题中探究的成果,让爸爸妈妈们非常直观地了解了孩子个性化的成长情况。

How do children learn in games that they play every day? The children explained this in their Student-Led Meetings. They introduced their games in English and Chinese to their parents and showed them how to play. Through playing the game together, the parents saw the work and project by their children and gained a deeper understanding of their children's growth.
