庆祝祖国母亲75周年华诞，“骄傲的中国人”维亚国庆主题活动

在维亚幼儿园这个充满欢声笑语的大家庭里，每一个节日都成为了孩子们学习、成长与表达爱意的舞台。当金秋十月，祖国迎来她辉煌的75岁生日，维亚幼儿园的小朋友们也用自己的方式，为这片养育了无数英雄与梦想的土地送上了最真挚的祝福。

Within the big family at Victoria Kindergarten, every festival is an opportunity for children to learn, grow, and express themselves. It's the time of the year when the 'golden' October arrives and our motherland marches into her 75th anniversary. 

Little ones from Victoria welcomed the National Day by using different ways to express their most sincere blessings to the motherland.

为庆祝祖国75华诞，孩子们和爸爸妈妈一起在家精心绘制贴纸，这些满载祝福的贴纸被一一贴在打卡板上，汇聚成一片绚烂的爱国之海。不仅展现了孩子们对祖国的热爱与祝福，更是IB教育理念中“世界眼光，民族根基”的生动实践。

One of the celebrations involved children and parents putting their unique blessing stickers that they had made at home onto the display boards when they arrived at school. As these display boards got filled up, the heartfelt blessings created a vibrant sea of patriotism which was truly impressive. This not only demonstrated the children's love for the motherland but also exemplified the IB educational philosophy that stresses "Fostering global citizenship and promoting cross-cultural communication".

在“骄傲的中国人”环节，孩子们观看天安们升旗仪式、通过体育英雄故事感受荣耀，学习坚持与拼搏精神，契合IB终身学习理念。同时，了解体育明星经历，培养尊重、欣赏他人品质及国际视野。此外，接触袁隆平、钱学森等科学家故事，激发科学兴趣，认识科学探索重要性，培养批判性思维、解决问题能力，树立尊重事实、追求真理的科学态度。

Another celebration was exercised under the theme "Pround to Be Chinese". Victoria children learned about the solem flag-raising ceremony at Tiananmen Square. They also watched sports events that featured remarkable Chinese athletes. Through which they developed national pride and understood perseverance, striving and sportsmanship.At the same time, through the experiences of althelets they broadened their horizons and learned to respect and appreciate others. Moreover, by engaging with stories of scientists such as Yuan Longping and Qian Xuesen, children were curious about science and scientific exploration. To be a scientist, we need critical thinking and problem-solving skills, respect facts and develop our ability to demonstrate integrity. 

舞台剧《真假美猴王》的上演，让孩子们仿佛穿越时空，与孙悟空一同踏上了西天取经的传奇之旅。在欣赏精彩表演的同时，孩子们也深刻体会到了中华文化的独特魅力，传承了中华民族的传统美德。

The stage play "Monkey King" made the children feel as if they had traveled through time and space, embarking on a legendary journey to the West seeking the Buddhist scriptures with the legendary Monkey King. While enjoying the wonderful performance, children appreciated the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture and learned about its virtues.

孩子们在班级内制作DIY国旗，桌上摆满工具和材料，专注创作。过程中交流想法，互相帮助。完成后，兴奋地挥舞国旗，感受乐趣和成就感，体会国旗意义。

The children were making handcrafted national flags in the classroom. During creation, they exchanged ideas and helped each other. Once done, they excitedly waved their national flags, feeling joy and a sense of achievement, and understood the significance of the national flag.

孩子们以笔为舟，以梦为帆，在国庆的喜庆氛围中共同绘制一幅幅展现祖国壮丽山河的画卷，通过画笔描绘祖国的壮丽山河，展现我们对国家的热爱与自豪。

The children used their pens and their imaginations to draw symbols representing the motherland, showcasing the magnificent landscapes of the country. They expressed their love and pride for China and its grandeur and natural beauty.

营养室团队也推出了国庆主题特别餐，孩子们在品尝精心设计的主题餐点时，孩子们不仅味蕾得到了满足，更深刻感受到了中华文化的博大精深与节日的欢乐气息。

The nutrition team offered a special National Day themed meal to all. Not only delicious food, but, also the names of the dishes were very auspicious.The children enjoyed the food and deeply felt the profoundness of Chinese culture and the joyful atmosphere of the special day.
