The chilly morning at nine o'clock in early winter is completely dispelled by the fiery passion of Victoria's little "Muddies". On this wild and fun-filled day, a big-family composed of Shanghai four campuses and two A+ Eduplay campuses gathered in the "wild" for a grand challenge!
Victoria Challenge
Helping children become Risktakers and develop the qualities of being fearless and independent is the training goal of the Victoria IBcurriculum, and it is also perfectly compatible with the muddy carnival brought by Tough Mudder.
"On the occasion of the 60th-anniversary celebration, Victoria, in collaboration with Tough Mudder, exclusively created a top-notch obstacle cross-country challenge! The children will challenge themselves in the vast outdoors, running, climbing, and conquering unimaginable difficulties in the mud." Executive Director of Victoria (China) Education Group Melanie was excited to share the special meaning behind the event.
While traversing the course, tiny bodies need to climb walls higher than themselves, hold onto swinging rings tightly, crawl under iron nets, and crawl forward with hands supporting ropes...

Please note that this is not a contest! Here, there is no personal ability to compete, what children have to do is to bring courage and adventure, help each other, move forward together, experience the sense of achievement and fun of breaking through the self, and harvest the pride and joy of finishing the race together.
On this thorny road, only by pulling each other's hands can they maintain balance, and only by exerting force in the same direction can they move the heavy logs... Practice is the best teacher, and at this moment, children understand that only with team unity and concerted effort can they achieve the ultimate victory.
There may be occasional falls along the way, but every little one rises from the mud without hesitation, holds back tears, summons courage, and joins the team courageously in the next round of challenges.

Children from A+ Eduplay are young, but they are not timid! Small bodies harbor astonishing courage and strength, marching confidently toward the finish line.
This is not only the "journey of the brave" for the children but also a precious moment for parents to witness their children break through themselves and grow. When the parents at the scene talk about their feelings, the word "moved" is almost a common sentiment for all families.
"Before participating in the challenge, I was very worried about whether my child could handle it because she is too young. In the last challenge, 'Mudderhorn,' the children need to climb and cross several meters high structure independently. I originally thought she would be afraid and give up, but when I saw a little head popping out from the top of the structure, I couldn't help but be moved to tears." A preschool parent shared this thrilling moment with us.
Each little warrior who breaks through the finish line of the track will be awarded a medal of honor by Melanie and the Principal, celebrating the children's success in winning the challenge and unlocking stronger physical and mental fitness.

Fun in the Wild
This is not just an extraordinary adventure but also a colorful paradise! Teachers from the four Victoria campuses and A+ Eduplay carefully prepared a plethora of entertaining games, developing children's multiple intelligences amid joyful play. Laughter from parents and children echoed throughout the venue.

Whether parents or children, everyone forged new friendships in this lively and joyful grand party. More loving hearts are coming together, nourishing the continuous growth of the "Victoria Community."
Victoria's trend-setting families dedicatedly presented diverse youthful experiences for both adults and children. In the "Family Camping Site," children bathed in the sunlight, running and playing freely, while adults relaxed and chatted, enjoying the comfortable embrace of nature. Together, they embraced the best outdoor lifestyle.
The PTA, caring for Victoria, also shone brightly at this event. Delicious food and warm care were in place early on, and the warmly supplied station was a heartfelt contribution from members of the Pudong PTA, radiating love and warmth.
With the resilient power of "Victoria,"
