Spring, the season of rejuvenation and vitality, is a time when everything comes back to life. In this hopeful season, we have a special plan; our 'Book Planting' project. We hope that children can sow the seeds of love for reading in this warm spring and let them grow strong under the sunshine just like plants.
装扮“种”书 Dress up for school
世界阅读日当天，孩子们在家挑选一本心爱的英文故事书，并将自己装扮成故事书中的角色来到幼儿园在T恤上绘画、用环保材料制作孩子们和爸爸妈妈们发挥了奇思妙想。
让我们一起将这些故事书“种”入各班的“故事盆栽”中，为它们浇水、呵护，让它们在我们的心中生根发芽。
On World Reading Day, kids at home pick their favorite English storybook and dress up as characters from the book to come to kindergarten. They paint on T-shirts and use eco-friendly materials to create their own unique ideas with a little help from their parents. Let's "plant" these storybooks together into each class's "story pot", watering and nurturing them so that they can take root and sprout in our hearts.
“种”书播种 Planting Books Like Sowing Seeds
孩子们将自己带来的故事书都种进了班级的“故事盆栽”，而且还得到了一颗真正的小种子带回家和爸爸妈妈一起播种培育。孩子们在享受阅读的同时，也感受大自然的魅力，体验生命的成长。
The children planted their own storybooks into the class's 'story planter', and also received a real little seed to take home and cultivate with their parents. While enjoying reading, the children also experience the charm of nature and the growth of life.

为了让孩子们更加热爱阅读，每一位小朋友还DIY了属于自己书签活动，让它们成为陪伴我们阅读的小伙伴。

K3的哥哥姐姐们在世界阅读日的下午则在古美科普公园，举办了一场街头朗读活动。以此方式积极推广阅读文化，倡导世界图书日的精神。正值放学时分，偶遇的爸爸妈妈和孩子们纷纷被这份阅读的热情所吸引，纷纷加入到K3的阅读队伍中。他们与K3的孩子们一同沉浸在文字的魅力中。
On World Reading Day, K3 held a street reading event at the Gumei Science Park to actively promote reading culture and advocate for the spirit of World Book Day. During after-school hours, parents and children who happened to pass by were attracted by this enthusiasm for reading and joined K3's reading team. They immersed themselves in the charm of words together with K3's children.
