活动前,保健徐老师详细介绍了活动的目的、意义以及评比的基本流程。保育员们也做好了充足的准备工作,各个胸有成竹、跃跃欲试。
Before the activity, Nurse Ms. Xu introduced the purpose and significance of the activity and the basic process of evaluation. Life teachers were fully prepared with all disinfection items in place.
活动分为三个环节:
竞赛中,保育员现场抽签,针对抽到的题目进行现场操作和比拼。
There were three parts in the activity:
Life teacher drew a task randomly and was asked to prepare tools needed accordingly.
保育员一边操作一边对规范操作的方法进行详细地描述。
Life teacher demonstrated the operation with detailed explanation.
四位评委现场对每位选手打分。
Afterwards, four judges gave a score for each demonstration.
Finally, the four prizes were awarded were giver to the stuffs by the Principal and the Vice- Principal.
In the end, our judges commented on the activity. It was hoped that such demonstrations could allow life teachers to learn from each other; increase their awareness of standardization of disinfection work, and improve the quality of our work in childcare.
