初次被瑜伽所吸引时,我并未深究为何要学习它,然而几年之后,我却意外地踏上了教授瑜伽的道路


这一切的发生仿佛是命中注定

自然而然地就发生了


刚开始教授瑜伽时,我能观察到学生们的眼神与情绪,他们都觉得非常快乐,这让我感到一丝满足


The time I was attracted to yoga, I don't know why I'm learning yoga, but I learned yoga after a few years later teaching yoga.

It happened without knowing to me. Everything happened.So when I was teaching yoga, my students feel so happy. I can see their eyes, their feelings. That is giving a little satisfaction to me.

正因如此,我选择了瑜伽,并致力于传授它,我怀揣着帮助他人的热望踏入这个领域,这也为我的生活注入了满足与宁静


这就是我所追求的

如此简单,又如此深刻


That's why I choose yoga and teaching yoga. And then I want to help people. That's why I am in this field.It gives you a little satisfaction to my life. That's why. That's it.

我的瑜伽之旅,是从传统瑜伽开始的,我的老师引领我走进了哈他瑜伽的世界,并传授给我体式、呼吸控制法、冥想以及唱诵等传统练习方法


几年后,我开始习练阿斯汤加瑜伽,这种充满动态与活力的瑜伽,为我带来了全新的体验与成长


When I was learning yoga, I started traditional yoga.My teacher taught me traditional yoga like Hatha yoga, traditional practice like asanas, pranayama, meditation, some chanting mantras.

After a few years later, I started practicing astanga. Astanga is giving me dynamic practice.

我的瑜伽探索并未止步于此 


在那之后我还练习了艾扬格瑜,其非常注重对体式精准对齐与调整,让我更加深入地理解瑜伽的每一个细节


每一种瑜伽都有独特的魅力与价值,这是我学习三种瑜伽风格的原因,也让我发现自己更加偏爱阿斯汤加瑜伽


After that, I practice ayanga yoga. Ayanga yoga is giving a lot of alignment and adjustments. That's why I learned three things.

Traditional yoga and astanga yoga vinyasa and ayanga yoga. So I learned three things, but I like more astanga vinyasa yoga.

我很感激我的老师,是他引领我踏上了传统瑜伽的道路。在他的指导下,我不仅学习了更多的呼吸控制法,还深入了解了身体净化、专注、冥想以及三摩地等瑜伽精髓


我还学习了许多如秘修这样的高级瑜伽练习,让我想把瑜伽传播给更多的人


I am so grateful to my teacher because I started yoga traditionally. And then I learned more pranayama, trichaharna, dharana, dhyana, samadhi.

I learned many advanced practices like secret practices. I supposed to spread yoga.

How to practice different kinds of pranayama.

How to elevate to the more practice.

How to elevate the trichahara.

How can you get the dharana or dhyana meditation.

These kinds I used to spread to the world. 



我在教学中不仅关注体式(asana)这一身体层面的练习,还深入到能量层面,教授呼吸法(pranayama)等技巧,以及精神层面的修炼


通过练习我教学的方法,包括瑜伽体式、呼吸法和冥想在内的瑜伽教学,你的身心将全面获益


I am teaching like physical level asanas and energetic level. Some breathing exercises, pranayamas and spiritual level.


Practice my teaching, yoga teaching including these techniques.

每一样事物背后都有其哲学基础,而冥想正是一种精神练习,它并不是一种刻意去做的行为,而是一种自然而然发生的状态


我们只需要做好充分的准备

而我十分擅长于引导人们完成这种准备

通过我的指导

你将更容易地达到冥想的状态


I am practicing teaching meditation. There is a philosophy is behind everything and there is spiritual practice.

How can you do meditation? So meditation is not doing. Meditation is happen.

There is a preparation is there. I am good at that kind of preparation. It will help you to get meditation very easy.

 给瑜伽初学者 


基础哈他瑜伽非常适合初学者,这一流派练习需要活动所有关节并热身所有肌肉


缓慢的动作和深呼吸可以促进血液循环并温暖肌肉,这对初学者很有益


Basic Hatha yoga is very good for beginners. They need to mobility the all joints and warm up all muscles.

Slow movement and deep breathing increase the blood flow and warm up muscles. It's very good for them.


 给资深练习者 


我的建议是,如果不先热身,就不要尝试高难度的瑜伽姿势


如果你想练习高级体式,你需要充分热身,激活那些特定的体式所需的肌肉,才能进一步练习,这将有助于你进行更深入的高级练习


还有一个建议,在练习时,试着放松心情,再深入到体式中,对于高级练习者来说非常有益


My suggestion is without warm up your body, don't go advanced yoga posture.

If you want to practice advanced asanas, you need to warm up some muscles, that particular asanas. Then you can go advanced. It will help you to go deeper advanced practice. 

And one more suggestion, while practicing, try to relax your mind and practice yoga asanas. Enter the deep into the asana. It's very good for the advanced people.
