奉献，从心开始

尊敬的老师们，亲爱的同学们，大家上午好! 今天我们国旗下演讲的题目是——奉献，从心开始。
就在11月21日，新时代文明实践土塘志愿者服务队领导郑重地把一面锦旗颁给我们致远班，上写八个大字“环保挚友，志愿楷模”，我想这八个字是对我们致远班全体师生家长在志愿服务中用心付出的最好评价。
风声雨声读书声，额声声入耳；家事国事天下事，事事关心。在这一学期，我们致远班不再满足于在校内做志愿服务，而是把目光投向社会，投向更广阔的天地。
在2024年10月12日，我们学生、家长、老师共二十三人走进大朗镇养老院，我们带着满腔热情和精彩才艺，为老人们带去了一场温馨而感人的文艺盛宴，演出结束，我们和家长又为每一位老人送上我们准备的礼物。通过参与这样的活动，我们不仅得到了锻炼和成长的机会，更收获了内心的善良和柔软，收获了社会的责任与担当。
此外，我们致远班师生和家长分别于10月27日上午，11月10日上午，11月24日上午前后三次走进常平农业科普园、东莞铁路公园、常平土塘公园，不仅美化了公园环境，更唤醒了每个人对公共卫生和环境保护的广泛关注。
我们“致远班”的核心理念之一就是“品质致远”。 通过参加志愿服务，我们正成为心中有爱、眼里有光，心里有梦的人。奉献，从心开始。我们也希望更多的同学走进社会，用爱心展现我们清澜学习的风采。
Dedication Begins in the Heart
Respected teachers, dear students, good morning! The topic of our speech under the national flag today is "Dedication Begins in the Heart."
On November 21st, the Leadership of the New Era Civilized Practice Tutang Volunteer Service Team solemnly presented a banner to our Zhiyuan Class. It bore eight characters representing the phrase: “Environmental Guardians, Volunteer Role Models.” I believe these words are the best recognition of the heartfelt efforts contributed by all the teachers, students, and parents of Zhiyuan Class during our volunteer services.
The sounds of the wind, the rain, and our studies all resonate around us; matters of home, country, and the world concern us all. This semester, our Zhiyuan Class has not been content with just performing volunteer services within the school. Instead, we have turned our attention outward to society and toward a broader horizon.
On October 12, 2024, 23 of us—students, parents, and teachers—visited the Dalang Town Nursing Home. With great enthusiasm and talent, we brought the elderly a warm and moving cultural performance. After the show, we, along with our parents, presented each elderly resident with gifts we had carefully prepared. Through participating in such activities, we not only gained opportunities for growth and self-improvement but also nurtured kindness and compassion within our hearts, along with a deep sense of social responsibility.
Moreover, on the mornings of October 27, November 10, and November 24, the teachers, students, and parents of Zhiyuan Class visited the Changping Agricultural Science Park, Dongguan Railway Park, and Changping Tutang Park. During these three occasions, we not only beautified the park environments but also inspired widespread awareness of public hygiene and environmental protection.
One of the core values of our Zhiyuan Class is “Excellence Through Perseverance.” By participating in volunteer services, we are becoming individuals with love in our hearts, light in our eyes, and dreams in our hearts. Dedication begins in the heart. We also hope that more students will step into society and showcase the spirit of Qinglan Learning through acts of kindness and love.
