On the morning of December 27, 2024, Sundy Law Firm held a seminar titled “Opportunities in Foreign-Related Legal Services” at its headquarters conference room. The event was jointly initiated by the firm’s Foreign-Related Business Committee and Digital Economy Business Committee. It attracted the participation of numerous seasoned lawyers from various branches and fields, who came together to discuss how to seize opportunities and face challenges in the current international market environment.
会议由涉外业务委员会主任权颖智全程主持，她首先邀请了贾政和主任就非洲市场的涉外业务进行了分享。贾主任凭借丰富的经验和独到的见解，详细剖析了非洲市场的法律环境、投资机遇以及潜在风险，为与会者提供了宝贵的参考，拓宽了大家的视野并鼓舞了同仁们海外开拓的信心。
The seminar was hosted by Yingzhi Quan, Chair of the Foreign-Related Business Committee. She began by inviting Zhenghe Jia, Director, to share insights on foreign-related business opportunities in the African market. Drawing on his extensive experience and unique perspectives, Director Jia provided an in-depth analysis of the legal environment, investment opportunities, and potential risks in Africa. His presentation offered valuable insights, broadened attendees’ horizons, and boosted confidence in overseas business development.
伋基通就“数字经济与文化进出口法律服务”这一主题进行了分享。伋基通结合实际案例对数字技术对法律服务的影响以及文化产品跨境流动中的法律问题进行了分析，体现了江苏圣典律师事务所在新兴领域的服务能力。

During the roundtable discussion, moderated by Yingzhi Quan, participants included Zhenghe Jia, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Department Mingfang Xiao, Director of the Yancheng Branch Yongjun Gong, Director of the Gaochun Branch Derong Kong, and Chair of the Digital Economy Business Committee Liting Xu. Notably, Deputy Chair of the Foreign-Related Business Committee Zhao Chen joined the discussion remotely from the United States, sharing his insights on international business and interacting with colleagues on-site.
