Everything we do puts Student Voice and Student Choice at its centre. We step outside our comfort zones and Burst the Bubble.“听我说，让我选”两个战略目标是我们教学工作的核心内容。我们破茧而出，打破各种各样的隔阂。Over 18 months from 2015-16, our school redesigned its whole Strategy for the years ahead using a human-centred design approach. From this process, we would create a new Early Years Centre, and multi-level learning space to replace our library, which would later become known as the HUB.自2015年到2016年，学校在这18个月里采用以人为本的设计方法，重新制定出我们极具变革性和创新性的治学战略。在这个过程中，我们改建了全新的幼教中心，并设计了一个多层次的现代化数字媒体学习空间，用以取代原有的图书馆，这个新空间我们将它命名为“HUB”。
