Materials and methods

Results

检查佩玛贝特在门诊高甘油三酯血症(包括酒精性高甘油三酯血症)患者中的疗效和安全性。
Method
这项多中心,开放标签,前瞻性观察性研究(C20-07-009)包括在福冈大学Chikushi医院或相关诊所登记的高甘油三酯血症门诊患者。终点是血清甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),肝脏生物标志物和其他血液值从基线到24周的变化和安全性。根据饮酒情况对患者进行比较。
Result
2020年10月至2022年3月,14家医疗机构登记 203例患者。分析了174例基线空腹TG值持续佩玛贝特24周的患者(平均年龄65.5岁);55%的人饮酒,35%的人服用他汀类药物。空腹TG中位数在基线时为284 mg/dL(IQR,228-392 mg/dL),在24周时显著下降至141 mg/dL(IQR,108-194 mg/dL)(P<0.01),与饮酒无关(不饮酒组,259至134 mg/dL;每日饮酒组,318至169 mg/dL;偶尔饮酒组,298至158 mg/dL;所有P<0.01)。中位HDL-C从基线时的46 mg/dL(IQR,39-53 mg/dL)显著增加到24周时的53 mg/dL(IQR,45-60 mg/dL)(P<0.01)。肝脏生物标志物在24周时显著改善。低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)总体上显著增加,但在接受他汀类药物治疗的患者中没有。整个研究期间的副作用包括头晕和恶心(各1例患者)。
Conclusion
无论饮酒量如何,佩玛贝特均可改善TG,HDL-C,肝脏生物标志物和高甘油三酯血症,并且是安全的。他汀类药物治疗的患者LDL-C升高受到抑制。
