IES北美照明工程学会拥有118年历史的。自奖项设立以来，IES照明奖每年举办一次，它是世界范围内最权威、历史最悠久的照明设计奖项之一。IES照明奖旨在为那些展现了专业、智慧和创造性的照明设计项目提供一个获得公众认可的机会。

中心位于重庆繁华的观音桥商业区，地理位置优越。现场高差较大，建筑师充分利用现有的地形条件，在重庆打造了一个标志性的展示窗。照明设计的理念是将照明、景观和建筑融为一体。创造一种充满自然的艺术。优秀奖——苏州大悦城
Merit Award——Red Box Cinema
红盒子的表面由风铃幕墙构成。“风”是整个灯光设计的灵魂。发光的巨大盒体漂浮在建筑的最高处，灯光将风的轨迹和动态映射在红色的建筑表皮，随风起舞，创造出令人难忘的视觉记忆。
A huge luminous box consisting of wind-driven facade floats on the top of complex. Lighting design concept drew wind as the source of inspiration. Lighting reflects the trajectory and dynamic fluctuation of wind onto the red architectural skin, creating an unforgettable visual memory.
优秀奖——深圳妇儿大厦
Merit Award——Shenzhen Children & Women Building
这座建筑代表了中国首个公私合作的城市更新项目，该项目融合了社会福利属性，专门为妇女和儿童设计。其目的是通过照明设计扩展“万花筒”的建筑概念，同时在建筑照明和城市照明之间取得平衡。
优秀奖——雄安绿色建筑展示中心
Merit Award——Xiong`An Green Buliding Exhibition Center
该项目位于中国雄安新区，项目开业后将成为主要的绿色建筑展示功能。项目以“方城理序，雅致隽永”为核心照明理念，旨在强调照明与建筑的完美融合，赋予建筑独特的艺术魅力和文化内涵。整体照明方案中没有多余的照明灯具，并注意灯具的隐蔽性。所有灯具均为LED灯具，整体LPD为0.8W/㎡。
