On both banks of the Qiantang River, the fully emerging Qianjiang New City and Qianjiang Century City converge, creating a unique urban skyline. Across the river, these two districts together form a world-class central business district. In the heart of this dual city core, the architect has crafted a landmark commercial complex that integrates industry with urban living - Focus Hangzhou.

Lighting Design: bpi (including architectural, interior ans landscape lighting design)Design team: Chao Chen, Mengyao Wang, Yu Zhang, Zhao Liu, Chang Liu, Shuai Wu, Yukun Wang, Dan Qian, Yufei Li, Hongyu Liang, Junjie LiProject photography: Li Zhou/Boee Group 建筑设计思考从“钱塘江”地域标签作为起点，帆应江而生，以“扬帆起航”作为设计概念，构建起一个帆江互生的空间场域，以乘风破浪寓意本案及区域的蓬勃发展。五座塔楼以微弧饱满的曲线形态展示扬帆前行的蓬勃趋势，高低错落，前后叠合，与南侧的莲花碗体育场以及东侧的杭州之门的曲线，共同形成整个钱江世纪城江景天际线的点睛之笔。Beginning with the "Qiantang River" as a key regional feature, the architectural design concept is "Sailing in response to the River". With "Sailing and Setting Sail" as the design theme, it creates a space where the river and the sails intertwine, symbolizing the region's and the project's robust growth. The five towers, with their slightly curved shapes, embody the momentum of sails moving forward, their heights varied and fronts and backs superimposed. Together with the curves of the Lotus Bowl Stadium on the south side and the Hangzhou Gate on the east side, they complete the skyline of the Qianjiang Century City's river view.
照明设计概念呼应建筑语言，以城市之帆、钱塘江光表情作为照明设计主题思想。建筑的犹如一个个船帆，照明和鱼鳞式生态幕墙相结合，灯光设计更是提取了钱塘江潮的自然表情，结合帆船造型的“张力、漂浮感与流动感”，并从江水与建筑的倒影关系，探求建筑灯光的丰富性与地标感。The lighting design concept aligns with the architectural language, themed around the imagery of "urban sails" and the light reflection of the Qiantang River. The buildings resemble sails, their interplay of lighting and fishscale-style ecological curtain walls evoking a sense of movement. The lighting design is further inspired by the natural patterns of the Qiantang River's tides, embodying the "tension, floating, and flow" of a sailboat's shape. By examining the reflected relationship between the river and the buildings, it seeks to enrich the facade lighting and enhance its landmark presence.

裙楼形似江与潮，展现建筑的力量和水岸自然的韵律之美。照明设计营造漂浮和欢迎的效果，通过曲线概括裙房的轮廓，泛光点亮建筑裙楼入口形成漂浮效果。以及室内和室外的完美呼应效果。The podium is shaped like the interplay of waves and tides, embodying the strength of architecture and the natural beauty of the waterfront. The lighting design creates a sense of floating and welcoming, using curves to encapsulate the silhouette of the podium, and illuminating the building's entryway to create a floating effect. 景观布局运用中国传统园林中“师法自然”之手法，设计引入景观水系结合河畔自然景观，形成“融汇贯通，合而不闭”的流动空间环境。景观水系将场地一分为二，办公和住宅两区功能多样，可分可合，视野开阔，以动静相宜的城市景观通廊紧密连接。
The landscape layout employs the traditional Chinese garden design philosophy of "emulating nature", integrating landscape water systems with the natural riverbank scenery to create a flowing and integrated spatial environment. The landscape water system divides the site into two functional areas, office and residential, which can be combined or separated, offering expansive vistas and are closely connected by urban landscape corridors that offer a balance of dynamic activity and tranquility.

对望日月同辉的观雲钱塘城，在室内设计中也尽数呈现了城市地标的力量与启迪。室内设计构建出建筑感，照明设计塑造空间和尺度，光线和阴影，用光塑造叠进和有序列的行走动线。Focus Hangzhou, where the sun and moon shine together, also showcases the power and inspiration of urban landmarks in its interior design. The interior design creates a sense of architecture, lighting design shapes space and scale, lighting and shadows, and using light to shape stacked and sequential walking paths.当“杭州之帆”驶向崭新时代，观雲钱塘城与伟大城市间也将产生新的共鸣，进而实现再一度突破的可能。观雲钱塘城昭示当代城市高度与境界的突破，也同时肩负起屹立于将来的立意。一个关于永恒的崭新故事，就此诞生：唯有永恒，方能引领永恒！
