《城市规划》杂志在2023年S1专刊上登刊了《天府新区公园城市夜景时空构建方法初探——以四川天府新区公园城市照明专项规划为例》的专刊文章。
本文受公园城市研究院邀请，由bpi规划负责人汤楚荻主笔、项目主要负责人之一李奇峰和公园城市研究院参与编纂，凝聚了bpi在公园城市夜景规划研究中的创新探索和研究硕果。《城市规划》杂志作为国内影响力最大、最权威的城市规划刊物，此次登刊也代表着我们的夜景规划工作收到了规划学界的高度认可和肯定。

Since 2019, bpi has made suggestions and suggestions for the night landscape planning andconstruction of Tianfu New District, Sichuan Province, comprehensively combed the researchmethods of night landscape planning, combined with the construction of Tianf New Districtpark City, reshaped the concept of time and space with new ideas and new methods, re-interpreted the framework and methods of special lighting planning, and presented the newcharacteristics of the future space of park city as a Chinese-style scheme.

It is the database sourceof key core journals such as National Chinese Core Journal, China Core Journal of Science and Technology, and China Core Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences. As the journal of the Urban Planning Society of China, "City Planning Review" magazine takes serving the society as itsown responsibility and actively promotes the prosperity of the discipline. The academic quality of the journal relies on the Chinese Society of Urban Planning to ensure that the latest academicprogress objectively reflects the highest academic level in China. Its editorial committee andthe team of guest reviewers regard academic quality as the sole criterion for the selection of manuscripts. 此本2023年S1专刊登载了诸多参与公园城市规划、建设工作专项领域的研究成果。作为刊内为公园城市照明专项规划发声的专业性文章，执笔人以时空观为切入点，提炼我司在夜景规划工作中通过重新审视人与自然的关系搭建诗意时空的独到思维。
我国自古对光的认识就带有时间、空间和人交互的哲学思辩。近年来，城市夜景工程建设繁盛，问题与机遇并存。作为视觉导向的规划领域，城市照明的规划路径和夜景的服务功能亟待探索研究。伴随城市设计逐步贯穿于城乡规划工作的始终，对时间、空间高度敏感的夜景建设更应首要树立时空观念，打破平面规划的局限性，构建全新理论范式和实施框架。天府新区利用公园城市建设契机，发挥自身禀赋，实现“中国式山水”的规划图景，城市夜景观创造性地构建诗意空间，并结合成都文化和旅游发展的高定位，挖掘夜间巴蜀自古一脉相承的夜间生活。
本文从规划思维和方法论两方面阐述了天府新区城市夜景规划的整体构思和施行机制，从“光秩序、光形态、光品质、光经济、光技术”五个维度进行系统性传导，以立体时空四位一体的详细规划为抓手，依靠全环节的顾问专家参与和咨询、审批、评估程序，保证城市夜景照明精细化管控的实施，以期为其他城市提供理论思路和工作路径。
This paper expounds the overall conception and implementation mechanism of urban nightscape planning in Tianfu New District from two aspects of planning thinking and methodology, systematically conducts the planning from five dimensions of "light order, light form, light quality, light economy and light technology", takes the detailed planning of three-dimensional space and time as the starting point, and relies on the participation of consultants and experts in all aspects, consultation, approval and evaluation procedures. Ensure the implementation of fine control of urban nightscape lighting, in order to provide theoretical ideas and working paths for other cities.
