项目定位于打破城北片区“发电厂的大烟囱”传统形象，旨在引领城市建筑发展步伐，推动良渚新城的发展。办公塔楼作为北区的第一高楼，伴随着裙房的觥筹激情。不仅在白天承载着人们工作与闲适，还在夜间承载着多巴胺满溢，杭州夜间生活的夺目繁华。The
project is positioned to break the traditional image of "the
big chimney of the power plant" in the north area of the city, so that the
city buildings can take a step forward and drive the development of Liangzhu New
City. The office tower, as the first tallest building in the north area, is
accompanied by the hobnobbing passion of the podium. It not only carries
people's work and leisure during the day, but also carries dopamine overflow at
night with the eye-catching
由城北的最高层及汇合传统与现代的角度切入，团队找到了具体表达的方向。设计师意在塑造一座‘’城市灯塔’’ 。指引城市夜归人方向的同时，更承载起人们的精神寄托，设计形态上以塔冠为“峰”，立面为“瀑”，内街为“石”将动静态之美融入办公楼与商业综合体之中。这为室外空间增添了生机和活力，增强了视觉舒适度。Starting from the highest level of the northern part of the city and the perspective of merging tradition and modernity, the team found a specific direction of expression. The designer aims to create an 'urban lighthouse'. At the same time as guiding the direction of the night return people in the city, it also carries people's spiritual sustenance. In terms of design form, the tower crown is the "peak", the facade is the "waterfall", and the inner street is the "stone", integrating the beauty of dynamic and static into office buildings and commercial complexes. 塔楼的照明设计分为两个主要部分：塔冠与塔身。塔冠采用背衬透光处理，使其成为夜空中的一颗璀璨明珠。The lighting design of the tower is divided into two main parts: the crown and the body. The crown of the tower is treated with interior glow, making it a bright jewel in the night sky.

塔身采用两种照明手法：中缝照明和泛光照明。中缝照明沿着建筑外墙的垂直线条布置，精准勾勒出建筑的轮廓，同时也是塑造“瀑”这一概念的核心元素，通过光影的变化营造出流水般的动感效果，使得立面显得既生动又有层次感。泛光照明的运用则使得整体空间更加开阔明亮，营造出一种轻盈通透的感觉，让整个塔楼在夜晚显得格外引人注目。The body of the tower is illuminated by two lighting methods: centre slit lighting and floodlighting. The centre slit lighting is arranged along the vertical lines of the building facade, precisely outlining the outline of the building, and is also the core element in shaping the concept of "waterfall", which creates a dynamic effect like flowing water through the change of light and shadow, and makes the facade appear both vivid and layered. The floodlight makes the overall space more open and bright, creating a feeling of lightness and transparency, making the whole tower look particularly eye-catching at night.塔楼和裙房冷暖对比，上下两层层层递进。建筑塔身及塔冠采用4000K冷色光，明亮而醒目。裙房采用3000K暖色，内街旨在体现商业氛围建筑韵味，故用偏暖的光色来呈现。内外融会贯通，创造人行空间新格局，从而塑造城市会客厅，构成多元生活聚集地。The tower and podium contrasting warm and cold, and the upper and lower levels progressing from one level to the next. The tower and crown of the building are lit in 4000K, bright and eye-catching. The podium adopts 3000K. The inner street is designed to reflect the commercial atmosphere and architectural flavour, so it is presented with warmer light. 设计师通过精致的细节表现人与裙房的亲密关系。本身商业内街建筑体块丰富、错落感强，灯光的运用既强调了建筑的特色，又不会过于刺眼，确保行人在欣赏建筑美的同时，也能享受到舒适的步行体验。
The intimacy
between people and the podium is expressed mainly through exquisite details.
The building blocks of the commercial inner street itself are rich and
staggered. The use of lighting emphasizes the architectural features without
being too harsh, ensuring that pedestrians can enjoy a comfortable walking
experience while appreciating the beauty of the architecture.
随着夜幕的降临，商业内街的活力并未随之消退，反而从建筑内部和精致的杆件泛光透出的温暖光芒中满溢而出，如同夜色中的灯塔，引领着人们步入这片充满生机的天地。不难想象，在这样的夜晚，人们将聚集于此，又是一幅充满活力与社交的都市夜景画卷。As
night falls, the vitality of the inner commercial street does not fade, but
rather overflows from the warmth of the building's interiors and the delicate
light from the poles, like a beacon in the night, leading people into this
vibrant world. It's easy to imagine that on a night like this, people will
gather here for another vibrant and sociable urban nightscape.![]()

室内照明以良渚文化手工艺为灵感，结合室内功能和空间特色，考虑来增强层次感和主题性设计理念。实现不同功能需求，营造简洁明快、年轻化、有特色的灯光视觉体验。The interior lighting is inspired by
Liangzhu cultural handicrafts, combined with interior functions and spatial
characteristics, and considered to enhance the sense of hierarchy and thematic
design concept. To achieve different functional requirements, create a simple,
bright, young and distinctive lighting visual experience.
在瘦长高挑的次中庭中，灯光尝试了不同的排列组合，设计了特色灯具，用低成本实现了有效的照明指引，和装饰性。In the lanky and tall mezzo, different
arrangement combinations of lights were tried, and characteristic lamps were
designed to achieve effective lighting guidance and decoration at low cost.光的层次体现出商业室内多节奏、多体态的空间属性，精致的灯光品质营造出令人舒适的购物氛围。The level of light reflects the
multi-rhythm and multi-body space properties of the commercial interior, and
the exquisite lighting quality creates a comfortable shopping atmosphere.景观照明通过照亮围墙处的景观小品和雕塑创造实的空间，弱化植物而创造虚的空间。在塑造虚实关系的同时需要弱化边界照明，创造一个低调、优雅而富有层次的光环境。The
landscape lighting design will be highlighting the landscape sketch and
sculpture to create solid space, to weaken the effect on green planting to
create empty space, the relation between solid and empty, also provide lighting
to soften the boundary, therefore to create a low-key and elegant lighting
environment with different lighting layers.
以温暖的灯光来营造夜间繁华摩登的都市氛围基调。项目里面灯光结合多边形艺术装置和丰富的景观叠级关系，旨在为消费者带去更悦己、更沉浸式、更开放、更多元的新生活方式，是新晋潮趣聚集地。整体以“开放式街区”为理念进行开敞式设计，优化功能与空间秩序，摆脱“千街一面”印象。Warm lighting is used to create the tone of a bustling and modern urban atmosphere at night. Lighting is combined with polygonal art installations and rich landscape hierarchy, aiming to bring consumers a new lifestyle that is more pleasing to the eye, more immersive, more open, and more diversified, and is the newest trendy and interesting gathering place. The overall concept of "open block" is an open design that optimizes functionality and spatial order and gets rid of the impression of "one street with a thousand faces".光影交错之间，灯光成为良渚新城崭新的萤火，与城市共同呼吸。Between the interplay of light and shadow, the light becomes the brand new glow of Liangzhu New City, breathing with it.
