天使投资、风险投资等早期投资资本是我国实现创新驱动引领高质量发展、构建科技金融体制的重要生产要素，应当深入贯彻“投早、投小、投硬科技”的理念，推动新质生产力加快发展，为我国推动高质量发展提供助力。为了促进早期投资研究与科创实践的深度融合，推动我国科创大文章下天使投资发挥金融促进科技创新功能，上海科创金融研究院联合全国数十所院校发起中国科技金融学术年会。
2024中国科技金融学术年会（2024 China Tech-Fin Research Conference, 2024 CTFRC）将于2024年12月7日-8日在上海举办，采用标准国际会议模式，交流语言为英文和中文。
年会征文范围包括与天使投资、风险投资等相关领域的学术论文，包括但不限于：科技金融、天使投资、风险投资、私募股权、股权众筹、债权融资、科技创业、科技创新、知识产权、中小企业、IPO、并购、新兴产业、科技成果转化、技术要素市场等。
此外，本届年会特设业界研究报告专栏，诚挚邀请相关领域的业界人士提交研究报告；入选报告将在业界分论坛集中展示和研讨。

The conference aims to provide a premier platform for academic exchange, bringing together scholars from domestic and international institutions who are conducting research on early-stage investment. It provides a unique opportunity for researchers and practitioners to share in-depth insights and ideas, fostering the advancement of academic research and practical applications in early-stage investment. The conference follows an international format, with English and Chinese as the official languages.
