If you just had a baby, and would like to have a structured fitness routine or begin your exercise journey, keep reading to learn more about the Fit Moms Postnatal Program! Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital and ActivForever have partnered to offer a comprehensive health and wellness program for new mom’s like you. It aims to offer a fun, supportive environment for mothers to learn from a team of experts how to upgrade their lifestyle to benefit themselves and their baby.
It is a challenge to lead an active lifestyle, but the benefits are well worth it! Some of the advantages of doing regular exercise include achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight, stabilizing blood sugar levels, and preventing a long list of chronic conditions.
A common struggle for new moms is going back to their pre-pregnancy weight. Our program can help with shedding the extra kilos and with another relatively common issue, diastasis recti. Doing exercises specially designed for post-pregnancy can help heal damage to the abdominal muscles (the medical term being diastasis recti abdominis), address pelvic floor issues, improve posture, and ease back discomfort.
Exercising
with others helps keep us accountable when starting a new fitness program. The Fit Moms Postnatal Program will help you connect with other new mothers and develop important friendships during such an important time in your life. Lack
of community and connection increases the risk of post-partum depression.
Joining our program with other new moms just might help you find your tribe!
