Are you struggling with turning to food for comfort? You're not alone—many people face this challenge and find themselves trapped in a cycle of emotional eating. In the second session of the Arab Wellness Hub, we will explore the underlying causes of emotional eating and provide practical strategies to break this cycle. Together, we will learn how to recognize triggers, practice mindfulness, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
Emotional eating is often a response to feelings of
stress, boredom, loneliness, or sadness. Instead of addressing the root causes
of these emotions, individuals may find temporary relief in food, creating a
cycle of guilt and unhealthy habits. By understanding this behavior, we can
begin to seek healthier alternatives and cultivate a more positive relationship
with food.
The second session of our Arab Wellness Hub will address the causes of emotional eating and provide effective strategies to help you break this habit. Join us to learn how you can improve your relationship with food and gain tools to cope with emotions in healthy ways. You will also have the opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges and share your experiences.
