Our Tianzhu Clinic, located in Shunyi's Pinnacle Plaza, is celebrating its 23rd anniversary next month. As part of the celebrations, we're holding a unique activity to get fit and support charity at the same time. Keep reading for more information about this fun event.
Tianzhu Clinic Charity Health Walk
Forming good exercise habits is the way to get on a path of wellness. It doesn't take much, even just a small commitment can help. This event is for those who want to make that commitment and pursue a healthy lifestyle, maintain their weight, and strive to control their blood sugar and lipids. Just stick to a walking exercise plan for two weeks and get a positive start!
Here's how it works:
Walk a healthy amount (6,000 to 10,000 steps per day within a certain range of time) for 14 straight days.
Observe your heart rate while walking. We recommend exercising within the safe exercise heart rate range for your age.
Then share a screenshot of your walk to the WeChat group for accountability and support. The group includes dieticians and physicians from our clinic that will provide advise and tips for a healthy lifestyle.
