节气食养 I 冬至 酒酿小汤圆
食材准备:
水磨糯米粉100g,冰糖3小块,酒酿和桂花、枸杞适量,藕粉10g。
步骤:
1、糯米粉加入80℃左右的水,捏成团搓成长条,切成一段一段的搓圆备用。2、锅里加水煮沸后,放入小汤圆,待小汤圆煮熟漂起后,加入酒酿枸杞冰糖调味,最后将兑好水的藕粉倒入其中再次煮沸,让汤更浓稠口感更为丰富。3、出锅后撒上桂花干装饰即可。
一年冬至日,一岁平安时。
冬至福至,南圆北饺。
