【双语新闻】放开了！京津沪等九地试点允许设立外商独资医院！

China has unveiled a plan to allow the establishment of wholly foreign-owned hospitals in some major cities, in a move to further open up its medical sector. The pilot work plan, released by the National Health Commission (NHC) and three other government departments recently, grants approval for such hospitals to be built in to the cities of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, as well as the island province of Hainan. 

11月29日，国家卫生健康委、商务部、国家中医药局、国家疾控局4部门公布《独资医院领域扩大开放试点工作方案》。此前，相关部门已提出，拟允许在北京、天津、上海、南京、苏州、福州、广州、深圳和海南全岛设立外商独资医院（中医类除外，不含并购公立医院）。本次公布的方案，明确试点允许设立外商独资医院，并对具体条件、要求和程序等进一步作出规定。

The 2nd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) closed in Beijing on Nov 30. During the expo, over 210 cooperation and intention agreements were signed by participating companies, with a total amount of over 152 billion yuan. On the closing day, 68 companies and institutions confirmed their participation in the 3rd CISCE.

The second phase of the China National Convention Center has been unveiled in Beijing after six years of construction. Located in the Beijing Olympic Center Area, the white building boasts an elegant roofline featuring straight lines on the top and curved lines at the bottom, adorned with distinctive "bird windows." The main structure of Phase II features multi-level, spacious column-free spaces. 

近日，国家会议中心二期会展中心顺利通过竣工验收和消防验收，会展中心建设任务已全面完成，各项设施均已达到投入使用标准，具备举办各类活动的接待能力与条件。位于奥林匹克中心区的国家会议中心二期是一栋白色建筑，上直下曲的屋面形成优雅的线条，东、南、北三侧立面洁白的幕墙体系和独具特色的“鸟窗”造型构成了整栋建筑物最有辨识度的外在形态。步入会展中心一层，可见范围内，没有一根结构立柱，给人一览无余的视觉冲击力。

To commemorate the 160th Birthday of renowned Chinese contemporary painter Qi Baishi, a special exhibition is held in Beijing until March 30, 2025. Through digital technology, over 200 artworks related to Qi Baishi, including paintings, calligraphy and seals, are on display, inviting audience to explore his artistic career and his life in Beijing.

Tsinghua University's Science Museum is the 1st of its kind in China. Construction of the museum started in early 2024 and is expected to be completed by 2027. Before the completion of the museum, temporary exhibition halls are set up on the university campus, showcasing unique collections such as biological specimens and electrical instruments. 

我国首家综合类收藏型科学博物馆——清华大学科学博物馆于今年初选址开工，预计2027年竣工。永久场馆建成前，该馆在清华校内设置了临时展厅，生物标本、电工仪表、口腔医学史等一系列馆藏精品提前亮相。

The 1st crop of 100 strawberry varieties in Beijing’s Changping District has ripened and is ready to hit the market. Over 200 hectares of strawberries have been planted in the district this year, with expected yield of 6 million kilograms valued at 300 million yuan.

眼下，北京市昌平区头茬草莓陆续变红成熟、抢“鲜”上市。除当家品种“红颜”外，昌平区还有“圣诞红”“黑珍珠”等100余个特色草莓品种陆续成熟上市，供市民采摘尝鲜。2024至2025年草莓种植季，昌平区种植草莓3000余亩，预计产量600万公斤，产值近3亿元。
