𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆:
The laboratory format is a meeting place for practitioners, where we can test any hypothesis through experience. I am open to sharing what is relevant to me and perhaps these topics and questions will become inspiration and a starting point for joint research.
How to be willing, how to be able, how to be whole, clear and might?
What I want, what I can, what I do, what happens?
I can do what I want or I want what I can?
Can I think of movement beyond the possible?
How to connect a mind that wants to a body that can?
How to be action, neither doubt nor despair in the face of uncertainty?
How to touch the unknown?
How to be prepared to face something that hasn't been before and never will be after?
What is me, another, communion?
What does it mean to be in the same place... in the same time... in the same action?
How do I create here/there, this/another, me/not me…?
How do I define boundaries? Or do they define me?
What are we before separation?
How early do I notice changes when something becomes another one?
How to be at the source, at the beginning of every change?
How to be an action, not a reaction?
What makes me filled or empty, mobile or immovable, elastic or fluid, will or matter, centered or grounded, moving or stirring, falling or flying, tired or fresh, bored or engaged, alert or distracted, clear or muddled.
These questions may seem redundant for dance practice. But the body is developing through tasks, necessity or curiosity. Through trying to make the impossible possible, we can find ourselves in a new quality of physical reality. Let's try to reduce the distance between the courage of thought and the ability to embody it.

She has 24 years of experience in CI, contemporary dance, physical theater and performance.
Short biography:
1998-2006 she was one of the founders and participants of "Wampeter" dance theater. As part of the theater, she participated in dance festivals and creative laboratories in different countries (Russia, Ukraine, UK, USA, Sweden). Since 2001, she has been the organizer of the educational and creative project "Art of Contact" in Novosibirsk (master classes, lectures, creative projects). Since 2007 - organizer and participant of the performance project "System of Units" (performances, video art, joint multimedia projects).
Since 2009, the organizer of the annual International Contact Improvisation Festival in Altai. She also, as a guest teacher, took part in many CI festivals in different countries (Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Thailand, Germany, Spain).
"In recent years, in CI practice I like to balance on the edge of physics and metaphysics. Here my dancing experience meets with an interest in philosophy, somatic research and the practice of presence. I like to put not answers, but questions in the center of practice. Questions concerning basic things: what is matter, mind, movement, perception, attention, time, space, me, other… And I watch time after time how the search for answers to these questions changes the mind, body, dance”.
