The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar

With an Old Shanghai movie vibe combined with classic American bar and grill décor, The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar is accented by touches from Shanghai’s black and white movie era. Meat lovers will delight with the generous portions. The restaurant features The 1515 West signature Australian beef, dry-aged for 25 days and more. The beef has been specifically developed for greater complexity and integration of high marbling, rich with buttery and nutty flavours, a silky-smooth texture and unrivalled juiciness. Baldomir 1901 Steakhouse

Inspired by the ancient estate of Mendoza, Argentina, which traditionally produces vintage Malbec wine, the restaurant has built its own refrigeration house, dry-aged room, and fresh seafood pool, wood charcoal furnaces, wine cellars, private rooms, and big bar. The main style of steak is dry-aged beef from Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, grilled with fruit wood and paired with Argentine Chimichurri sauce. FLINT Grill & Bar

FLINT’s Master Chef picks high-quality beef from China, the United States and Australia. You can choose any three of the carefully prepared dishes to indulge in a feast of beef with diverse flavors. Australian beef benefits from the vast pastures in the southern hemisphere. Australian beef is mostly produced through a combination of grass-feeding and grain-feeding. Longjiang Wagyu is located in Heilongjiang, China, on a natural pasture where black soil provides high-quality forage and fresh silage. Carefully fed with corn, barley, wheat bran, and other ingredients for 600 days, it results in tender and juicy meat with outstanding marbling. U.S. Prime Steak is a steak of exceptional quality selected by the chef. The angus beef is raised on grains for 150-180 days, with intramuscular fat content reaching the ideal range of 8%-11%. The meat is tender, smooth, and rich in juice.

Grand Brasserie

Located in the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, Grand Brasserie restaurant features an outdoor courtyard garden and is a popular brunch spot on the Bund.
