Tender turkeys weighing between 5-7kg or 8-10kg have been specially selected for the roasted turkey sets, ideal for 4-6 or 6-8 persons respectively. Marinated with rich spices and filled with bread and goose liver, or bread, apple and apricot stuffing, each turkey is meticulously roasted to a glistening golden color with tender fragrant meat. There are also other festive delicacies such as Roasted Bone-In Ham and Roasted New Zealand Lamb Leg.

The Thanksgiving 5-course set menu dinner at Jade on 36 will be available from November 23 to 26, priced at 688 RMB per person. The Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner at YICAFE will be available on November 28 only, priced from 418 RMB per person. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
