心理健康月活动
每年的5月25日是全国心理健康日,谐音“我爱我”,其核心内容为:关爱自我、了解自我、接纳自我,关注自己的心理健康和心灵成长,提高自己的心理素质,进而爱别人,爱社会。
我校心理健康中心负责人张老师借此契机于5月份开展了心理健康月系列活动,营造健康和谐的校园文化氛围,为学生的全面发展奠定坚实基础。
May 25th is the National Mental Health Day, its core content is to care for oneself, understand oneself, accept oneself, pay attention to one's own mental health and spiritual growth, and then love others and society. Mrs. Zhang, head of mental health education, took this opportunity to carry out a series of activities. These activities help create a healthy and harmonious campus atmosphere, and lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive development of students.

微笑,不单单是一种表情,更是一种感情。525心理健康月期间,我们收集了各种类型的“最美笑脸”,并制作笑脸墙置于校内长期展出,下面让我们感受一下微笑的治愈力量,一起笑看生活吧!
Smiling is not just an expression, but also an emotion. During the “5.25” Mental Health Week, we collected various pictures of "most beautiful smiling faces" and made a smiling face wall to be displayed on campus. Now let's experience the healing power of smiles!

传递美好 · “爱的抱抱”
Hug to Spread Love
有一个简单的动作拥有神奇的魔力,当你难过时它让你感受到温暖的抚慰;当你快乐时,它能将美好的情绪加倍放大,它就是——拥抱。可爱的玩偶们在食堂门口为老师和同学们送去“爱的抱抱”,营造学校积极向上、关爱自我的心理氛围。
Hugging is a simple action with magical power, it makes you feel warmth and comfort when you are sad and it can help spread positive emotions. During a lunch break, we sent out cute dolls to offer hugs to teachers and students at the entrance of the cafeteria, creating a positive atmosphere for the school.

三亚城郊法院民事审判庭的冯法官走进我校,为全体中学生送上一堂生动的防欺凌普法讲座,增强学生的法治意识及处理矛盾的能力。
Judge Feng from the Sanya Suburban Court came to our school and delivered a vivid lecture on anti-bullying and legal education to all secondary school students.
为充分唤醒班主任心理育人的教育意识,关爱守护每一位学生的心灵,心理教师张老师为小学班主任开展心理健康专题培训。
In order to improve teachers’ awareness of psychological education, Mrs. Zhang organized a special training session on mental health for all primary school homeroom teachers.
为提升学生自我关怀的能力,张老师为初中部学生开展“积极认识自我”主题心理课程。
Mrs. Zhang provided a series of psychological courses for secondary school students to enhance their ability to care for themselves and others.

高三考前减压团体心理辅导
Psychological counselling
临近高考,面对考前压力,学生容易产生紧张焦虑情绪。为帮助高三学子更好地在考前冲刺阶段释放压力,以积极良好的心态备战高考,心理健康教师张老师开展主题为“心灵解压·勇攀高峰”的减压团体辅导活动。
As the college entrance examination (Gaokao) is approaching, students are prone to developing anxiety. In order to help high school students better cope with stress during the pre exam stage and prepare them for the college entrance examination with a positive attitude, Mrs Zhang conducted a group counseling activity with the theme of "Bravely Climbing to the Peak".
通过“5.25”心理健康月系列活动的开展,不仅提高了学生的心理健康意识和自我调节能力,也让学生进一步学会欣赏自己、关爱自己、悦纳自己,有效的预防了校园心理危机,促进了学校心理健康文化的建设。今后,我们将拓宽心理健康教育形式,为学生身心健康成长保驾护航!
The "5.25" Mental Health Month not only enhances students' awareness of mental health, but also enables them to further learn to appreciate, care for, and accept themselves. In the future, we will broaden the forms of mental health education to safeguard the physical and mental health of students!
