在阳光灿烂的周六下午,一年级的孩子们来到了一家瑜伽中心,开始了一次旨在提升社会情感学习的实地考察。此次体验的中心思想是:“人际关系的基础在于我们如何相互沟通和交流。”通过参与瑜伽和正念练习,学生们认识到沟通和互动的重要性,这不仅包括与他人的交流,也包括与自己的内心对话。


On a sunny Saturday afternoon, the first-grade students ventured out of their classrooms and into the serene environment of a local yoga center, embarking on a field trip designed to enhance their social-emotional learning. The central idea of “Relationships are based on how we communicate and interact with each other” was at the forefront of this experience. Through yoga and mindfulness activities, students learned the importance of communication and interaction, not just with others but with themselves.









抵达目的地后,孩子们受到了瑜伽老师的热情迎接。老师首先引导他们进行基础的呼吸练习和轻柔的伸展动作。这些初步的课程让学生们认识到肢体语言和保持冷静在人际互动中的重要性。他们学习到,通过关注自己的感受和反应,能够更有效地与周围的人进行交流和沟通。


Upon arrival, the children were warmly welcomed by the instructor, who began by guiding them through simple breathing exercises and gentle stretches. This initial session helped students understand how body language and calmness play crucial roles in interactions. They learned that by being mindful of their own feelings and responses, they could better communicate and connect with those around them. 


“当我们学会了聆听自己的身体,也就学会了聆听他人。”瑜伽老师这样提醒孩子们,并强调了倾听的重要性,无论是倾听自己还是他人,这对于建立健康的人际关系至关重要。


“When we learn to listen to our bodies, we learn to listen to others,” the instructor reminded them, reinforcing the idea that listening—both to oneself and to others—is pivotal to healthy relationships.






瑜伽课程不仅包含身体练习,还设有反思环节,学生们在此期间分享了自己对瑜伽体验的思考和感受。这种练习不仅帮助他们表达情绪,还让他们认识到在人际关系中同理心和理解的珍贵。通过讨论再尝试不同瑜伽姿势或协助朋友时的体验,他们开始理解情感交流的复杂性。对于孩子们来说,这样的讨论至关重要,它帮助他们更自如地在社交世界中导航,并学会与同伴建立深层次的联系。


In addition to physical activities, the yoga session included moments of reflection where students shared their thoughts and feelings about the experience. This practice not only helped them articulate their emotions but also taught them the value of empathy and understanding in relationships. By discussing how they felt during different poses or when helping a friend, they began to grasp the complexities of emotional communication. Such discussions are vital for young children as they navigate their social worlds and learn to form meaningful connections with peers.








瑜伽中心的实地考察不仅是一次简单的活动,它更是学生们日常交往中感受心灵沟通重要性的一个重要步骤。当学生们离开瑜伽教室时,他们不仅掌握了瑜伽技能,而且对于与同学之间的联系也有了更加深刻的理解。


The field trip to the yoga center was more than just a physical activity; it was a stepping stone towards understanding the significance of mindful communication in their daily interactions.As students left the yoga studio, they carried with them not only new yoga skills but also a deeper appreciation for the connections they share with their classmates.



这种培养环境强调,每一次互动,无论是友好的交谈还是默契的“沉默”,都在孩子们幼年时期构建的人际关系网中扮演着至关重要的角色。SLS融合班一年级的老师们致力于将体育活动与情感教育相结合,为孩子们创造一个可以安全地表达自我和相互学习的氛围。随着这些基本技能的逐步提升,孩子们将在校园内外建立起更加健康的互动方式。


This nurturing environment emphasized that every interaction, whether through friendly words or shared silence, plays a vital role in the tapestry of relationships they are weaving in their early years. By integrating physical activity with emotional awareness, grade 01 educators at SLS integrated stream intend to cultivate an environment where children feel safe to express themselves and learn from one another. As they continue to develop these essential skills, they lay the groundwork for healthier interactions both in school and beyond.
