我的名字是Kamphol Laohapensang，我是来自泰国清迈大学的一名教授，长期致力于血管外科的研究与实践，尤其是主动脉领域，涵盖开放性手术与血管腔内手术。目前，我荣幸地担任着泰国血管协会会长，并同时兼任亚洲血管外科学会会长。值此之际，我欣然宣布，由我们学会主办的亚洲血管外科学会会议（Asian society, vascular surgery conference ，ASVS），将于今年12月初在泰国盛大召开。
I am Professor Kamphol Laohapensang from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. I usually do a lot about vascular surgery. My aim is on aortic surgery, including open and endovascular surgeries.
Currently, I am the president of the Thailand Vascular Association and also the president of the Asian Society for Vascular Surgery. We will have the ASVS Conference in Thailand in early December this year.

您对CVC有何感想？
在国际血管学交流的高端平台上，我多次有幸与舒畅教授相遇。去年在越南，舒畅教授诚邀我参加了于西安盛大举行的第八届CVC。我对去年的盛会依然记忆犹新，在那场汇聚了全球血管外科精英的盛会上，有幸与众多来自世界各地的顶尖血管外科专家面对面交流，深入探讨学术议题，并展示了多项血管外科开放手术及腔内手术的精湛技艺。当然，我也清醒地认识到，自己在许多领域仍有待深入学习和探索。而今年，他又再次向我发出了参加本届会议的诚挚邀请。我认为，CVC会议不仅对中国血管外科医生具有极高的实用价值，更是全球血管外科医生交流学习的重要平台。
I have met Professor Chang Shu many times during the International Vascular Conference. Last year in Vietnam, Professor Chang Shu asked them to join the Eighth CVC in Xi'an, China. This year, they were again invited to the 9th CVC in Chengdu, China.
I am very impressed by the CVC conference. Last year, they were able to meet many experts and vascular surgeons all over the world. I was satisfied to know them and discuss various vascular operations and endovascular operations.
This conference is very useful for vascular surgeons around the world and also for Chinese vascular surgeons.

Could you introduce the latest clinical study you conducted?

正如我之前所言，我对主动脉领域抱有浓厚的兴趣。因此，我立志深入探索主动脉的研究，这涵盖了胸主动脉手术与腹主动脉手术两大范畴。在这次会议中，我深刻感受到治疗领域内的诸多发展与进步，尤其是腔内治疗方面所取得的显著成就。
As I told you, I am interested in aortic vascular surgery. So, my intention is to focus directly on aortic surgery, including both thoracic aorta and abdominal aorta. As I have seen from this conference, nowadays there are many developments and progress in the treatment, usually in the vascular field.

In China, innovation is the latest trend, Med-Tech Convergence has become one of the work focuses for the doctors. According to your country and your experience, how about the status about innovative inventions of medical devices?
中国医工结合趋热，您认为您的国家医疗器械创新现状如何？
我们正面临一项相当棘手的挑战：腔内器械价格高昂，这一现状让我们陷入了颇为尴尬的境地。长期以来，我们始终坚持通过正规渠道采购原装正品器械，然而，即便对这些经过我们精心挑选与深入分析的产品，其价格依然显得极为不菲。鉴于今年我们对血管类器械施加了严格的预算管控，我们迫切渴望能够发掘出一种既经济划算又同样高效能的腔内器械。
We have a problem with the expense of endovascular devices. Devices from companies like Medtronic 、COOK are expensive.
This year we have a limited budget for endovascular equipment. We would like to buy effectiveness endovascular equipment that is as effective as those from the mentioned companies.
我们将于今年12月3日至6日在泰国曼谷举办亚洲血管外科学会会议（Asian society, vascular surgery conference ，ASVS）。我希望所有的中国血管外科医师以及世界各地的血管外科医师都能加入我们，共同探讨血管疾病患者的问题以及许多发展中的技术。
