It's my great honor to participate in this year's Symposium on Information and Technology.We are at the start of a digital revolution and each and every one of us will be affected .This revolution is taking place in the system of information forwarding and transmission all over the world.Information communication,and information storage tend in this direction towards multimedia systems,to say the least.
