9月11日清晨，天气晴朗、微风徐来，在伊拉克B9油田伴生气处理厂项目（GPP）施工现场，600吨履带吊轻舒吊臂，缓缓提升、转动，顺利将最后一节火炬框架（含火炬管）吊装就位，标志着该项目完成了所有大件包括设备和模块的吊装，顺利实现又一个重要里程碑节点。
In the early morning of September 11, the weather was clear and the breeze was gentle. At the construction site of Iraq's B9 oil field associated Gas Treatment Plant project (GPP), 600 tons of crawler crane eased the boom, slowly lifted and turned, and successfully lifted the last section of torch frame (including torch tube) into place, marking the completion of the project's lifting of all large pieces, including equipment and modules. And successfully realized another important milestone node.

The designed processing capacity of the associated gas treatment plant project is 1.3 million standard cubic feet per day. The acid gas torch is located in the southwest corner of the plant. It is a steel pipe frame structure. The square bottom of the torch is 12 meters × 12 meters and the height is 100.55 meters.
8月6日，项目开始安装框架的第一节，采取分2片吊装到基础上，然后安装连接构件、组装成框。到9月11日完成火炬第四节的吊装，在约一个月的时间完成此大型火炬的吊装和安装作业。
On August 6, the project began to install the first section of the frame, which was hoisted to the foundation in two pieces, and then installed the connecting members and assembled into the frame. By September 11, the fourth section of the torch will be completed, and the lifting and installation of the large torch will be completed in about one month.
