伊拉克Block 9 CPF气包项目实现1600万安全工时

在全体参战员工的共同努力下,伊拉克Block 9 CPF气包项目顺利达到1600万安全工时。10月17日项目业主KEBL联合PMC团队向项目总承包商中工国际颁发1600万安全工时证书。这是一个重要里程碑,体现了Block 9项目上下一心,致力于为员工打造安全、可持续的工作环境的坚定承诺。中东公司作为项目PMC执行者,与包括业主、承包商在内的项目各方通力协作,克服困难,为项目达成这一重要里程碑做出不懈努力。

With the joint efforts of all the participating employees, the Iraq Block 9 CPF Gas Package Project has successfully reached 16 million safe working hours. On October 17, the project owner KEBL, in conjunction with the PMC team, presented the 16 million safe working hours certificate to the project EPC contractor CAMCE. This is an important milestone that reflects the unwavering commitment of the Block 9 project team to creating a safe and sustainable working environment for employees. The HQC Middle East Company, as the PMC executioner of the project, has worked closely with all parties involved in the project, including the owner and contractors, to overcome difficulties and make unremitting efforts to achieve this important milestone.

Block 9 CPF气包项目设计能力为130百万立方英尺天然气每天,为业主科威特能源今年的重点项目。目前项目已经进入施工最后冲刺阶段,并分单元、分系统逐步向试运团队移交,开始公用工程和工艺系统的试运调试工作。

Block 9 CPF Gas Package Project is designed to have a capacity of 130 million cubic feet of gas per day, and is one of the key projects for Kuwait Energy, the owner for this year. Currently, the project has entered the final construction phase and has being handed over to the commissioning team in phases, by units and systems, to begin the commissioning and testing of utilities and process systems.

本着以人为本的原则,项目上下齐心协力,多渠道多路径全天候严抓HSE管理,周期性展开安全教育培训,定期进行项目安全检查、巡查,组织业主、PMC、承包商进行安全排查。为项目安全生产保驾护航。项目生产高峰时正值伊拉克严酷的夏季,气温高达五六十度,流的汗还来不及掉地上就蒸发了。针对这种炙热天气,项目调整工作时间,趁早晚稍微凉爽时提前干,延后干,错开中午炎热时段。同时组织进行炎夏送清凉活动,为一线员工购置了消夏物资。

With the principle of people-oriented, the project team worked together to implement HSE management from all angles and channels, conducting regular safety education and training, periodic safety inspections and patrols, and organizing safety inspections by the owner, PMC, and contractors. This ensured the safe operation of the project. During the peak production period, it was the harsh summer in Iraq, with temperatures reaching 50-60°C. The sweat had not even had time to hit the ground before it evaporated. In response to this scorching weather, the project adjusted working hours, starting work earlier in the morning and evening when it was slightly cooler, and delaying work until later in the day to avoid the hottest hours of the day. At the same time, the project organized a summer cooling campaign, purchasing summer relief supplies for frontline workers.

日常工作过程中,重点抓好作业票管理,对开票前检查、执行过程的交底、监督落实进行严格管控。PMC HSE工程师积极参与班前会,组织定期、不定期巡检。转变员工意识从“要我安全”到“我要安全”。

During the daily work process, our project team focus on the management of work permits, strictly controlling the pre-ticket inspection, the instructions and supervision during the execution process. The PMC HSE engineer actively participates in the pre-shift meeting and organizes regular and unscheduled inspections. We shift the employees' mindset from "I have to be safe" to "I want to be safe."

加强员工安全意识,针对现场意外事故、地区紧张局势等模拟情景组织多次协调业主、承包商一起组织现场办公区域紧急撤离演练。平时多演练,才能从容面对突发情况。

Our Project team has Strengthen employee’s safety awareness by organizing multiple coordinated emergency evacuation drills with the owner and contractor for the office area on site, simulating scenarios such as unexpected accidents and regional tensions. The more drills conducted in normal times, the better prepared we will be to face unexpected situations.

结合安全生产月和项目施工进度,通过定期举行HSE专题培训,主题包括热作业、动土作业、有限空间、能量隔离、安全驾驶、硫化氢防护、疑似爆炸物等,全面提高大家的安全管理知识和管理能力。

The project department combined the Safety Month with the project construction progress and held regular HSE-themed training sessions, including topics such as hot work, excavation, confined spaces, energy isolation, safe driving, hydrogen sulfide protection, and suspected explosives, to comprehensively enhance everyone's knowledge and management skills in safety

安全无止境,1600万安全工时不是终点,而是鞭策。项目上下始终坚持安全红线不放松,为项目的安全竣工、业主的成功继续努力。

Safety has no limit. The 16 million safe working hours is not an endpoint but a spur. The entire project team has always insisted on not loosening the safety red line and continues to strive for the safe completion of the project and the success of the owner.
