芳基氨先重氮化形成重氮盐，接着与次磷酸（H3PO2）反应生成脱氨基产物的反应。除了次磷酸，Sn(OH)2也可以用于此反应。

反应实例
To stirred 2,4,6-trichloroaniline 4 (0.21 g, 1.05 mmol) in 15 mL of MeCN was added liq NO2 (0.7 mL, 2.25 mmol) at 20 C. On completion of diazotization were added dried Ca(H2PO2)2 (0.365 g, 2.105 mmol), FeSO47H2O (0.03 g, 0.1 mmol) and MeOH (2.5 mL) and the resulting suspension was stirred for 30 min at r.t. The mixture was diluted with water (15 ml), worked up and chromatographed (silica gel, hexane:EA) to afford 5 (83%).
