上周，比利时驻华大使安博宁和使馆同事一行有机会对天津进行了为期两天的访问。行程包括由《比利时在天津的历史遗迹》这本书的历史学家之一刘悦先生带领的天津文化之旅。在此期间，大使参观了与比利时在津历史有关的建筑以及天津近代史博物馆。
大使还与天津市委常委、滨海新区区委书记连茂君进行了建设性的交流。借此机会，大使访问了位于滨海新区的两家比利时公司：Schréder（照明产品制造公司）和 EnergyVision（绿色能源管理公司），以及天津港。
团队还会见了小提琴家、伊丽莎白女王比赛参赛选手刘芳蕾女士，讨论了中国古典音乐的现状。此行为进一步探索中比在学术、文化和经济层面的合作提供了良好契机。
The Ambassador Bruno Angelet and a team of colleagues of the embassy had the chance to visit Tianjin during 2 days last week. The program included a cultural visit of Tianjin lead by Mr. Liu Yue, one of the historians behind the fascinating book “Belgium’s Historical Traces in Tianjin”.
The Ambassador also had a constructive exchange with M. Lian Maojun, member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Binhai New Area District Party Committee. It was the occasion to visit two Belgian companies located in the area: Schréder (specialized in lighting products) and EnergyVision (green energy solutions), as well as the Port of Tianjin.
The team also met Ms. Liu Fanglei, violinist and participant to the Queen Elisabeth Competition, to discuss the classical music landscape in China.
The trip was thus a great occasion to explore further possibilities of Sino-Belgian collaboration on academical, cultural and economic levels.
