华茂幼儿园中班的孩子们由浅入深地探究了“健康”的话题,从认识自己身体和能力的变化,到探究健康的生活方式,再到反思可以做出哪些改变来让自己保持健康,经过近两个月的探究,每个孩子不仅成为了“养生小达人”,更重要的是,他们通过丰富的探究形式积累了探究的经验和能力。

最近,中班孩子们正在为他们的探究单元成果展紧锣密鼓地准备着,而探究成果展的主权了也交给了孩子们。恰逢秋日,天气转凉,孩子们也在思考如何在秋天保持健康,经过讨论后,孩子们决定将探究单元内容与季节相结合,通过秋日养生集市,来展现自己的探究经验。

探究问题1

哪些是健康的食物?为什么这些是健康的食物?

What are healthy foods? Why are these 

healthy foods?


幼儿园里最专业的健康专家当然是校医老师呀,于是,孩子们找到校医了解幼儿园的每日食谱和营养搭配,通过访谈和聆听介绍的方式,孩子们了解到了健康的食物和不健康的食物,并通过自己的方式将这些经验进行梳理和分享。

The most professional health expert in the kindergarten is, of course, the school doctor, so the children found the school doctor to understand the daily recipes and nutritional combinations of the kindergarten, and through interviews and listening to introductions, the children learned about healthy food and unhealthy food, and sorted out and shared these experiences in their own way.

食物中有哪些营养成分呢?孩子们通过实验,更加直观地感知食物中营养成分的存在,孩子们发现蔬菜中的膳食纤维是一条条的;水果中富含维生素C遇到碘酒会让它变透明;肉中富含的脂肪会在水中变成一个个小圆点浮起来;面包中的碳水化合物遇到碘酒会变色……一个个小小的实验,让孩子们从中找到了食物中的营养成分,对Grow food, Glow food 和Go food 有了更清晰的认识。

Through experiments, the children more intuitively perceived the existence of nutrients in food, and found that the dietary fiber in vegetables is stripe; The fruit is rich in vitamin C, and the encounter with iodine wine will make it transparent; The fat in the meat will become small dots in the water and float up; The carbohydrates in bread can change color when they encounter iodine...... Through small experiments, the children found out the nutrients in the food and had a clearer understanding of Grow food, glow food and Go food.

为什么有些食物不健康?通过将各种食物配料表用具象形式呈现,孩子们发现不同食物所含有的蛋白质、碳水化合物、油脂,膳食纤维等等都不相同,含有很多油脂的食物是不健康的。

Why are some foods unhealthy? By presenting various food ingredient lists in a concrete form, the children found that different foods hold different proteins, carbohydrates, fats, dietary fibers, etc., and that foods holding a lot of fats are unhealthy.


为什么含有油脂的食物是不健康的呢?为了解决这一问题,孩子们决定把同一种食物用不同的方式进行烹饪,正值幼儿园植物园红薯丰收,孩子们体验了红薯丰收喜悦,也获得了烹饪的食材,孩子们亲身体验了蒸、烤、炸三种形式,烹饪过程中记录每种烹饪方式所使用的油量,在烹饪结束后用吸油纸对食物含油量进行比较,通过亲身体验、亲手操作的探究方式,孩子们最终得出结论。

在激烈的讨论中,孩子们决定带着探究目的去体验一次运动,根据孩子们的要求,老师们准备了平时玩的体能大循环、舞蹈操、以及各种运动器材,孩子们根据已有经验,运用幼儿园内的体育器械,搭建出了他们自己的运动循环。

In the heated discussion, the children decided to experience a sport with the purpose of inquiry, according to the children's requirements, the teachers prepared the usual physical fitness loop, dance exercises, and a variety of sports equipment, and the children based on their experience, using the sports equipment in the kindergarten, to build their own sports cycle.

恰逢幼儿园举办亲子环球运动嘉年华,孩子们有机会通过体验不同国家的运动项目,如法国击剑、德国平衡车、澳大利亚袋鼠跳、美国篮球、中国舞龙、印度瑜伽等,加深对参与运动的感知和体验。运动会后,孩子们一起分享参加运动会之后的感受,并总结运动可以让锻炼我们的身体,也可以让我们的心情得到释放。

At the same time, the kindergarten held the Parent-Child Global Sports Carnival, where children had the opportunity to deepen their feeling and experience of taking part in sports by experiencing sports from different countries, such as French fencing, German balance bike, Australian kangaroo jump, American basketball, Chinese dragon dance, Indian yoga, etc. After the sports day, the children shared their feelings after taking part in the sports day and concluded that sports can exercise our bodies and let our mood be released.


探究问题3

怎样赶走坏心情?

How to get rid of a bad mood?


孩子们通过各种情绪照片,回忆自己的以往经验,分享自己产生过的情绪。

Through various emotional photos, the children recalled their past experiences and shared their emotions.

孩子们通过各种情绪照片,回忆自己的以往经验,分享自己产生过的情绪。孩子们一起想了很多办法,但是如果在幼儿园里,没有爸爸妈妈的安慰,我们可以怎么做呢?

When I have emotions that I think are bad, What can we do to get rid of bad emotions?The children thought of a lot of ways together.  But what can we do if we are in kindergarten without the comfort of Mom and Dad?

孩子们走到了户外,沐浴着阳光,体验了各种不同的疏导情绪的方式,例如:太极、瑜伽、泡茶、画画、抱娃娃、聆听大自然的声音等,最终通过投票表决,选择了吃好吃的、抱娃娃、泡茶三种大家认为可以舒缓情绪的方法,并且根据自己的喜好分成了三组,在教室里准备好这些活动,邀请小朋友来体验,将在探究过程中内化的知识技能外化,展示孩子们自己对于情绪疏导的理解。

The children went outdoors, bathed in the sunshine, and experienced a variety of different ways to channel emotions, such as: Tai Chi, yoga, making tea, painting, hugging dolls, listening to the sounds of nature, etc., and finally through voting, they chose to eat delicious, hug dolls, and make tea three methods that everyone thinks can relieve emotions, and are divided into three groups according to their own preferences, prepare these activities in the classroom, invite children to experience, and externalize the knowledge and skills internalized in the process of exploration. Demonstrate the children's own understanding of emotional counseling.






在这趟关于“健康的生活方式”探究之旅中,孩子们不仅对自己的健康生活方式有了更深刻的认知,还生发了帮助家人获得健康生活方式的责任意识,进一步用探究的形式,了解了健康生活方式对身体的好处。

In this journey of exploration about "healthy lifestyle", the children not only have a deeper understanding of their own healthy lifestyle, but also develop a sense of responsibility to help their families achieve a healthy lifestyle, and further understand the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to the body in the form of inquiry.
