“培竹计划”


为了向华茂的师生、家长及社会相关方提供一个高质量共学共修共创共享的平台。华茂教育基金会于2020年12月发起“培竹计划”。旨在通过招募各类专家志愿者,定向输出有质量的教育理念,有借鉴的教育方式,并逐步成为“家长成长型学习社区”。


让孩子们在家校互动的陪护下,像坚韧不拔的竹子那样自强不息地节节高,勇攀高峰地成长。

与师生家长们分享她的创业成长故事

她三次白手起家的创业经历正是她

“天道酬勤、终身学习”的最好诠释

在不断拓展事业版图的过程中

她一路怀揣着空杯心态

相信真正的成长在于心灵

【实习经历】



我2004年浙江工业大学毕业,学的是机电一体化。大二那年暑假尝试专业相关的实习,销售冷却塔设备。记得那个暑假天气很热,跑了两个月都没有出业绩,但是有个帅帅的设计师给了我一个项目信息,我出设计院后当时就很兴奋,很有成就感,这个实习经历明确了往后做机电类销售的方向,越早确立自己的工作方向非常重要,当然,我现在经常把宁波市内的泵类100多个专家都请过来,做专业研讨会。

I graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2004.My major was Mechatronics.During my sophomore summer vacation, I took an internship related to my field.I was selling cooling tower equipment.I remember that summer was incredibly hot.I worked hard for two months but didn't make any sales.However, a handsome designer provided me with a project lead.When I left the design institute, I felt extremely excited and accomplished.This internship experience clarified my future direction in electromechanical sales.It's crucial to establish one's career path as early as possible. Of course,I now regularly invite over 100 experts in pump technology from Ningbo.


【行业初体验】



毕业后,带着明确要做机电类设备销售的目标,层层考核、面试,踏入泵行业世界TOP1企业——丹麦格兰富,当时产品覆盖了国外50%的水泵市场,从此我就在泵行业生根发芽,一直到现在,整整刚好20年。

After graduation,with a clear goal of pursuing a career in electromechanical equipment sales,I went through layers of assessments and interviews.and joined Grundfos, the world's top pump industry enterprise from Denmark.At that time, their products covered 50% of the global water pump market.Since then, I've taken root in the pump industry,and here I am, exactly 20 years later.

我虽然是本地人,但没依靠或者说没家族背景,没资金,只有一腔孤勇,当时跑销售卖水泵,风吹日晒做公交车,有时还需要去给客户打扫卫生,增进客户的信任,有几次被工地素质不怎么好的客户赶出来,然后我会在门口哭一会儿,哭完再去找刚赶我的客户,把给出去的我的名片要回来,很有意思,这样我觉得我也有选择权。

Although I'm a local,I didn't rely on or have any family background,nor did I have financial resources.I only had my unwavering courage.During those days of selling pumps,I braved the wind and sun, took buses,and sometimes even helped clean up for clients to build their trust.There were times when I was chased out by clients with less-than-stellar manners at construction sites.I'd cry for a bit outside their door,then gather myself and go back to those very clients,asking for my business cards back. It was quite an experience,but it made me realize that I had a choice too.

2004年左右的外企很难进,待遇也比当地公务员高5倍以上,同事很多是有经验的清北,我很怕过不了试用期,努力的结果是7个月内签单6个项目,这个记录至今未被打破,当然最难忘的是签订的第一个订单,激动的觉得自己天赋满格。每天努力的跑新建的工地,新建的厂房,跑了5年,每天感觉就是现在经常说的心流状态,为我以后创业打下了经验,人脉,最重要的是永不放弃的品质。我们合同金额大致在几十万到几百万之间,所以竞争非常激烈,每次与竞争对手的博弈,战胜对手都让我多巴胺爆满,我知道这就是我向往的工作。

Getting into a foreign-invested company around 2004 was quite challenging,and the compensation was over five times higher than that of local civil servants.Many of my colleagues were experienced graduates from prestigious universities like Tsinghua and Peking.I was afraid of not passing the probation period,but my hard work resulted in signing six projects within seven months,a record that remains unbroken to this day.Certainly, the most unforgettable moment was signing my first order,which filled me with excitement and a sense of being naturally talented.I diligently visited newly constructed construction sites and factories,For five years, often feeling in a state of flow, as we often say today.This experience laid the foundation for my future entrepreneurship,building up my expertise, network,and most importantly, the quality of never giving up.Our contract amounts ranged from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars,making the competition incredibly fierce. Everytime I outsmarted my competitors.my dopamine levels would skyrocket, confirming that this was indeed the job I aspired to.


【三次创业经历】



以上是我打工的经验,说说我的创业,三次的起起落落。第一次2008年,成立浙江斯米特销售额1000万规模每年(孩子爸爸负责业务),我在外企,帮助斯米特把控业务方向,风控和财务。第二次2016年,家庭主妇4年后,独自成立宁波沃顿,拿起老本行卖泵,第二年销售额达到2000万/年规模,2019年底被恶意抢占市场,资产几乎归零。第三次2020年,我转战宁波外市场,做工厂和水厂客户,到今年销售额做到5000万/年。

Above are my experiences of working part-time jobs.Let me talk about my entrepreneurial journey,with three ups and downs.The first time was in 2008,when I established Zhejiang Smith with an annual sales volume of 10 million yuan (my husband was in charge of business),while I was working in a foreign-funded enterprise,helping Smith control business directions,risk control and finance.The second time was in 2016,after four years as a housewife,I set up Ningbo Wharton by myself,and took up my old trade of selling pumps,with the sales volume reaching 20 million yuan/year in the second year.At the end of 2019, the market was maliciously preempted,and the assets were almost zero.The third time was in 2020,I shifted to the external market of Ningbo,served factory and water plant customers,and achieved a sales volume of 50 million yuan/year this year.

销售水泵20年的小小成果,宁波三分之一的小区里面使用的泵都是我供应的(就是你们切身接触的各种水)。还有宁波会展中心、宁波奥体中心、阪急商业广场、宁波栎社机场等水泵设备,用于大型中央空调设备中的循环水泵。

The little achievements after 20 years of selling water pumps:I have supplied pumps for one-third of the residential areas in Ningbo (which are in your daily lives, for various types of water).In addition, also supply water pump equipment for Ningbo Convention and Exhibition Center, Ningbo Olympic Sports Center, Hankyu Commercial Plaza, Ningbo Lishe Airport, etc.,which are used as circulating water pumps in large central air conditioning equipment.

工厂包括镇海炼化、宁波逸盛石化、宁波金海晨光、宁波锦浪、亚洲浆纸、中国巨石等等,供应了很大比例的泵,为企业的生产提供稳定的用水。

The factories include Zhenhai Refining & Chemical, Ningbo Yisheng Petrochemical, Ningbo Jinhai Chenguang, Ningbo Jinlang, Asia Pulp & Paper, China Jushi, etc.

象山水厂、宁波水厂、杭州湾水厂、余姚水厂、梁弄水厂的水泵,为提供这些区域的水库引水工程。

The water pumps of Xiangshan Water Plant, Ning'bo Water Plant, Hangzhou Bay Water Plant, Yuyao Water Plant and Lianglong Water Plant are used for the water diversion project of reservoirs in these areas.

今年销售额的突破,主要进军水利市场—泵类最高殿堂。有幸承接了北仑区防洪排涝泵站工程,单台水泵十几米高度,300多万/台泵,单个项目1700多万,为北仑居民防止海水倒灌引起水涝做保障。让宁波沃顿公司业绩及行业领域跨上了一个新的台阶。

Breakthrough in sales this year,Mainly entering the water conservancy market - the highest level of pump industry.We are honored to undertake the Flood Control and Drainage Pump Station Project in Beilun District.Each pump stands at a height of over ten meters,Costs more than 3 million yuan per unit,And the total cost of a single project exceeds 17 million yuan.It provides a safeguard for Beilun residents against waterlogging caused by seawater intrusion.


【人生感悟】



从事泵行业20年,毕业后日本经营之圣稻盛和夫的《活法》一直是我的枕边书,同时一直遵循稻盛和夫的六项精进:

With 20 years in the pump industry,After graduation, "The Way to Live" by Kazuo Inamori, the Saint of Japanese Business, has been my pillow book. Meanwhile, I have always adhered to Inamori's Six Perfections:

1、付出不亚于任何人的努力。

Make Efforts Comparable to None

2、谦虚戒骄。

Make Efforts Comparable to None.

“谦受益”是中国古话,意思是谦虚之心能唤来幸福,还能净化灵魂。除非工作需要,我几乎很少炫耀性消费。

"Modesty brings benefits" is an ancient Chinese saying,meaning that a humble heart can bring happiness and purify the soul. Unless it's for work, I rarely indulge in conspicuous consumption.

3、天天反省,我有每天冥想半小时以上的习惯。

Reflect Daily,I have a habit of meditating for more than half an hour every day.

4、活着就要感谢,活着就已经是幸福,培育感恩的心,滴水之恩不忘相报。

Cultivate a Grateful Heart,To be alive is already a blessing.Cultivate a heart of gratitude,and repay even the smallest kindness.and repay even the smallest kindness.

5、积善行、思利他。

Do Good Deeds and Think of Others' Interests.

“和善之家,必有余庆”。行善利他,目前常年资助六个孤儿,以后想做流浪猫方面的公益组织。

"A kind family is blessed with prosperity."Do good deeds and think of others' interests.Currently, I am sponsoring six orphans on a long-term basis,and I plan to establish a charity organization for stray cats in the future.

6、不要有感性的烦恼。

Avoid Sentimental Worries.

不要让情绪支配自己的情绪,尽量达到心流状态中去工作,学习。

Do not let emotions dictate your mood,Strive to achieve a state of flow in your work and studies.

商海浮沉中,我一直保持空杯心理,通过工作不断对自我的深度探索与挑战,事业高度只是表象,我需要的是内心的平静与自洽,我深信,真正的成长在于心智的不断提升,力求在纷扰的世界中保持一份清醒与超脱,用终身学习的精神向我热爱的工作致敬。

 In the ups and downs of business,  have always maintained an empty cup mentality,continuously exploring and challenging myself through work,Career achievements are merely superficial,What I truly seek is inner peace and self-harmony,I firmly believe,True growth lies in the continuous enhancement of one's mindset,Striving to maintain clarity and detachment amidst the tumultuous world,I pay homage to my beloved work with a lifelong learning spirit.

引用稻盛和夫的《活法》:人生的过程本身,就是磨炼灵魂的砂纸,人们在磨练中提升心性,涵养精神,带着比降生时更高层次的灵魂离开。

Quote from Kazuo Inamori's 《Living Law》,The journey of life itself,  Is like sandpaper that polishes the soul,Through adversity, people refine their character,Cultivate their spirit,And depart with a soul that has ascended to a higher level than when they were born.

天道酬勤显真章,利他之心谱华章。终身学习不停歇,共筑美好未来长。

“天道酬勤、利他之心、终身学习”这三大要素在Isabella妈妈的创业成长故事中得到了完美的体现。它们相互支撑、相互促进,共同推动了她在泵行业的成功和发展。Isabella妈妈的事迹具有一定的时代特色,正是因为这种终身学习精神,让她在创业道路上不断进步,最后能让自己得到真正的成长。
