初听到艺术家秦风、袁顺二人之名时，不禁让人联想到中国武侠小说中，快意恩仇、浩然正气的侠客，为探寻天地间的“道”游走于江湖之间。现实中，当我们看到他们的艺术创作，感受到那份笔墨游走于布面之上的豪气与灵巧，恰如长剑出鞘，或携横扫千军之豪迈，亦如雕梁画栋之精巧。于谈笑间博采众长，兼容并蓄，各成一派，又殊途同归。
2024年3月15日，“大象——当代水墨双个展”在上海叁柒贰叁美术馆展厅A开幕，展览由上海叁柒贰叁美术馆主办，马真正担任策展人，并邀请到秦风、袁顺作为本次双个展的参展艺术家，共同呈现120余件以水墨为基础创作媒介结合其他综合材料的艺术作品，一同探讨中国当代水墨绘画的发展与融合，寻找东方精神语境中的“大象”之镜。展览将于2024年3月16日对公众开放，持续展出至2024年5月5日。
秦风，这位出生并成长于中国大西北的艺术家，其创作充满着野性与原始的力量；在经历了中西方文化不同的冲击与历练后，在其创作中描绘着当代欲望与古代文明对话的图景。构成这一对话的过程正式西方文化之“外向”与东方哲思之“含蓄”之间的平衡与融合的过程，也是其探求“内与外”碰撞时的气场转换而形成的一种流动式的“磅礴之象”。

On March 15, 2024, "Elephant - Contemporary Ink Painting Dual Solo Exhibition" was opened in Hall A of Shanghai Three Seven Twenty-Three Museum of Art, organized by Shanghai Three Seven Twenty-Three Museum of Art, with Ma Zhenzhen as the curator, and Qin Feng and Yuan Shun as the participating artists of the exhibition. The exhibition will open to the public on March 16th, 2024 and will remain on view until May 5th, 2024.Qin Feng, an artist born and raised in Northwest China, is full of wild and primitive power in his creations; after experiencing the different impacts and experiences of Chinese and Western cultures, his creations depict a dialogue between contemporary desires and ancient civilizations. The process of constituting this dialogue is the balance and fusion between the "extroversion" of Western culture and the "subtlety" of Eastern philosophy, as well as a flowing transformation of the aura when exploring the collision of the "inside and the outside". 1961年出生于中国新疆。1985年毕业于山东工艺美术学院。1996年受德国柏林市政府邀请，作为特邀艺术大使，并任教于柏林艺术大学。回国后曾任教于中央美术学院，并筹建北京当代艺术馆。后旅居美国，2008年成为哈佛大学费正清中国研究中心当代艺术研究员。秦风曾多次在欧美获得艺术奖项及国家艺术贡献奖。秦风的作品史诗般地兼容了西方表现主义哲学的浪漫与中国书写式的气韵，通过对多元文化的研究创作，传统与现代材媒的研发与应用，使形式语言和表现，呈现出更加东西文化精神品格的兼容，继而构建并形成个人独特的语言和风格。
Born in 1961 in Xinjiang, China, he graduated from the Shandong Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1985, and was invited by the city of Berlin, Germany, as an invited art ambassador to teach at the University of Fine Arts Berlin in 1996. After returning to China, he taught at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and organized the Beijing Museum of Contemporary Art. After living in the United States, he became a Fellow in Contemporary Art at the Fitzherbert Fitzherbert Center for Chinese Studies at Harvard University in 2008. Qin Feng has received numerous art awards in Europe and the United States, as well as the National Art Contribution Award. Qin Feng's works are epically compatible with the romance of Western Expressionist philosophy and the charm of Chinese writing style. Through the research and creation of multiculturalism, the research and development and application of traditional and modern materials and media, he has made the language of form and expression more compatible with the spiritual character of Eastern and Western cultures, and then constructed and formed his own unique language and style.
