Loher said: "By embedding the videos in objects or merging them with the surrounding architecture, I present my works as organic sculptural forms or Video-portals.
Beauty is omnipresent in creations, as the essence of life is sustaining processes supporting our planet. Peering into my sculptures is like having a conversation with oneself. This intimate experience has a global resonance and addresses the ecological urgency of the Anthropocene.
In her works, groups of ballerinas take on the form of small creatures, intertwine to form letters and communicate messages through collective action. Costumed dancers, dressed as bees, butterflies, and plankton, communicate with the visitors and inspire them to find answers from a different perspective.
Loher communicates these allusive stories via choreographed dances filmed in a bird’s eye view. Through such intricate choreography and design, Loher brings viewers on a journey through her ethereal landscapes, prompting contemplation on the interconnected, dialectic relationship between humanity and the natural world. Loher's sculptural works, which serve as tangible manifestations of her elemental conceptualizations. Crafted from a diverse array of materials - as much as possible recycled and reused material - these unique forms embody the artist's exploration of tactility and symbolism.
Ultimately, this diverse, yet collaborative oeuvre reflects the artist’s commitment to ecological awareness and somatic magic.

在她的最新系列中,Loher加入了合作者 Katja Peijnenburg(荷兰浮游生物研究员和教授)提供的显微镜镜头。
Her video compositions feature choreographed dances filmed from a bird's eye view in her green-screen studio. These performance sequences are then overlaid with footage captured from nature, utilizing aerial drones and underwater cameras to capture st unning perspectives of landscapes and seascapes, including deep-sea dives and cave explorations.
In her latest series, Loher incorporates microscopic footage provided by collaborator Katja Peijnenburg, a plankton researcher and professor from the Netherlands. This unique addition adds a captivating layer of detail, allowing Loher to blend the mesmerizing world of plankton with human movement and natural landscapes in her artistic creations.
