近日有投资者向柯力传感(603662)提问,董秘你好:公司在上证路演中心提到,“公司传感器产品通过客户给华为公司送样,目前已签订合同,即将交付。”为何不直接对接华为公司?另外能否披露价值量及订单数量等详细信息?

公司回答表示,六维力传感器送样是直接与华为公司对接,华为公司基于其商业需要作出此协议安排。目前送样已交付。


而就在几天,华为云盘古具身智能大模型团队新增了具身智能机器人+大模型+Agent研究员(校招+实习生)的岗位需求,招聘广告上称且身智能(EmbodiedArtificiallntelligence简称EAI)将人工智能融入机器人等物理实体赋予它们感知、学习和与环境动态交互的能力。
华为公司具身智能团队,致力于将先进的具身智能研究成果实现商业化落地,目前正在广招领域内的优秀人才,共同促进具身智能技术和产业发展。团队有稳定的业务需求和公司资源支撑,不卷也不躺平,机遇多多。
今年3月15日,深圳市前海深港现代服务业合作区管理局(以下简称“前海管理局”)、深圳市宝安区人民政府、华为技术有限公司(以下简称“华为”)共同签署合作协议,宣布共建华为(深圳)全球具身智能产业创新中心。
目前华为的人形机器人在行业中,已经有华为云与乐聚联创人形机器人合作项目落地,开始学习炒菜扫地、进厂干活等业务验证与推广。
国家政策层面,中国工信部分别于2023年1月份和9月份发布《“机器人+”应用行动实施方案》和《关于组织开展2023年未来产业创新任务揭榜挂帅工作的通知》,11月2日发布《人形机器人创新发展指导意见》,为人形机器人专项政策,首次对量产时间节点做出明确指引。
为了应对行业变化,柯力传感也从去年开启了“买买买”模式,不断延伸传感器相关的产业链。目前柯力传感麾下已新增17家投资企业。其中今年上半年,该公司新增控股企业6家:禹山传感、飞轩传感、兴柯物联、瑞比德、知行物联、桃子自动化等,参股企业1家:米德方格。
柯力传感涉及的传感器领域也从单一物理量延伸至电量、光纤测温、水质监测、流量计、光幕、气体、强振等20余种,同时产业“触角”也已延伸至上游的芯片设计等领域,参股企业米德方格集“中美韩”三大芯片设计力量于一体,成长速度快、技术壁垒高,将为柯力传感母、子公司提供高质量、高性价比的“国产替代”芯片。
目前,柯力传感在宁波、郑州、深圳以及安徽池州拥有近70万平方米的产业园,已入驻上下游企业500余家,超20家为被投企业。
另外柯力传感在去年1月份,牵头成立了浙江省首个智能传感器产业大脑运营驾驶舱,通过打通供应链进行深度布局,以全面的品牌形象为客户提供“一揽子”服务,打造“传感器森林”业务模式。
智能传感器产业大脑运营驾驶舱涵盖产业生态、数字治理、智慧城市等场景,以智能传感器行业产业大脑为中枢,整合来自5万+传感器企业、1万+原材料企业、86万下游企业的数据。自搭建以来,该平台已在宁波、郑州、深圳、福州、安徽等10余座城市开展对接会,累计入链企业上千家,预计至今年年底将实现销售额约千万元。
这也意味着柯力传感目前的发展,主要依靠外延式投资以及并购、参股的形式打造“第二增长曲线”,同时在机器人传感器领域进行不断尝试。
之前在2024年半年度业绩说明会上,有投资者询问公司机器人传感器近期进展,柯力传感表示,2024年上半年公司重点突破机器人传感器。六维力/力矩传感器已完成人形机器人手腕、脚腕,工业臂、协作臂末端的产品系列开发,掌握了结构解耦、算法解耦、高速采样通讯等技术要点,并已给多家国内协作机器人、人形机器人客户送样。公司将继续投入研发力量,向微型、高频响应、MEMS硅基、力控算法集成等方向进行突破。触觉传感器已启动与多家企业、院校的合作,同时以自研模式进行研发,目前尚处于研发验证阶段。
根据公司24年半年报,目前公司在全球140多个国家发展了2000多个海外客户,海外市场收入在力学传感器领域占比超30%。

Huawei's Embodied Intelligence team is committed to commercializing advanced embodied intelligence research results, and is currently recruiting outstanding talents in the field to jointly promote the development of embodied intelligence technology and industry. The team has stable business needs and the support of the company's resources, and there are many opportunities without rolling or lying flat.
On March 15 this year, the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Authority of Shenzhen (Qianhai Authority), the People's Government of Bao'an District, Shenzhen, and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei) jointly signed a cooperation agreement to jointly build the Huawei (Shenzhen) Global Embodied Intelligent Industry Innovation Center.
At present, Huawei's humanoid robots in the industry have been implemented in the cooperation project between HUAWEI CLOUD and Leju Lianchuang Humanoid Robots, and they have begun to learn to verify and promote services such as stir-frying and sweeping the floor and working in the factory.
At the national policy level, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China issued the "Robot +" Application Action Implementation Plan and the Notice on Organizing and Carrying out the Unveiling of Future Industrial Innovation Tasks in 2023 in January and September 2023 respectively, and issued the "Guiding Opinions on the Innovation and Development of Humanoid Robots" on November 2, which is a special policy for humanoid robots and makes clear guidance on the mass production time node for the first time.
In order to cope with the changes in the industry, Keli Sensing has started the "buy, buy, buy" mode since last year and continues to extend the industrial chain. At present, 17 new investment companies have been added under the command of Keli Sensing. In the first half of this year, the company added 6 new holding companies: Yushan Sensing, Feixuan Sensing, Xingke IoT, Ruibid, Zhixing IoT, Peach Automation, etc., and 1 shareholding company: Mead Square.
The field of sensors involved in Keli sensing has also extended from a single physical quantity to more than 20 kinds of electricity, optical fiber temperature measurement, water quality monitoring, flowmeter, light curtain, gas, strong vibration, etc., and the industrial "tentacles" have also extended to the upstream chip design and other fields.
At present, Keli Sensing has nearly 700,000 square meters of industrial parks in Ningbo, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen and Chizhou, Anhui Province, and has settled in more than 500 upstream and downstream enterprises, more than 20 of which are invested enterprises.
In addition, in January last year, Keli Sensing took the lead in setting up the first intelligent sensor industry brain operation cockpit in Zhejiang Province, and carried out in-depth layout by opening up the supply chain, providing customers with a "package" of services with a comprehensive brand image, and creating a "sensor forest" business model.
The operation cockpit of the intelligent sensor industry brain covers industrial ecology, digital governance, smart city and other scenarios, with the industrial brain of the intelligent sensor industry as the center, integrating data from 50,000+ sensor companies, 10,000+ raw material companies, and 860,000 downstream enterprises. Since its establishment, the platform has been held in more than 10 cities such as Ningbo, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Anhui, etc., with a total of thousands of enterprises in the chain, and is expected to achieve sales of about 10 million yuan by the end of this year.
This also means that the current development of Keli Sensing mainly relies on epitaxial investment, mergers and acquisitions, and equity participation to create a "second growth curve", and at the same time makes continuous attempts in the field of robot sensors.
Previously, at the 2024 semi-annual results briefing, some investors asked about the recent progress of the company's robot sensors, and Keli Sensing said that in the first half of 2024, the company will focus on breakthroughs in robot sensors. The six-dimensional force/torque sensor has completed the development of product series at the end of the wrist and ankle of humanoid robots, industrial arms and collaborative arms, and has mastered the technical points of structural decoupling, algorithm decoupling, high-speed sampling and communication, and has sent samples to many domestic collaborative robots and humanoid robot customers. The company will continue to invest in R&D and make breakthroughs in the direction of miniature, high-frequency response, MEMS silicon-based, and force control algorithm integration. The tactile sensor has started cooperation with a number of enterprises and universities, and at the same time is developing in a self-developed mode, and is still in the research and development verification stage.
According to the company's 24-year semi-annual report, the company has developed more than 2,000 overseas customers in more than 140 countries around the world, and overseas market revenue accounts for more than 30% in the field of force sensors.
