Senior Account Executive,
Non-Gaming GCR
The Impact You’ll Make
Own the entire sales process from outreach to launching new non-gaming advertisers for AppLovin’s AppDiscovery UA platform.
Develop an understanding of the client's business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors, and sales.
Manage the entire sales cycle and individual sales pipeline to maximize new account launches while providing accurate and timely forecasts.
Understand what matters most to your accounts and drive an action plan for revenue growth.
Partner and build relationships with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth.
Strong consultative sales approach in engaging with Marketing leads to drive continued growth.
Formulate and communicate product, strategic value, contractual, technical, and financial updates with partners and internal stakeholders.
Partner with the broader AppLovin Business Development and Sales teams in the region.
Be a team player with a keen understanding of internal cross-functional & international communication/collaboration across multiple operational teams.
Translate partner feedback into prioritized business cases to inform the product roadmap.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent AppLovin and grow your industry knowledge.
Basic Qualifications
You are consistently the top performer on a high-performing team. You have solid experience in mobile performance marketing, and understand how advertisers make media buying decisions. You thrive in early-stage business settings where chicken and egg is the norm. You have strong experience in selling to marketing teams at B2C mobile app businesses. You show excellent attention to detail, with a passion for and understanding of our products and the mobile ecosystem. You can work cross-functionally to drive outcomes that benefit our demand clients. You understand the larger business context and can drive contributions that benefit not only your clients but our full platform business. You can manage multiple priorities and lead several time-sensitive projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. You have excellent communication skills, actively listen to client needs, and translate this feedback back to the product team to develop high-value solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. At least 2-4 years of new business experience selling in the mobile economy. Understanding of the mobile ecosystem. Travel expected as and when possible.

Growth Analyst,
Non-Gaming APAC
The Impact You’ll Make
Support the non-gaming sales team in the setup of new mobile user acquisition ad campaigns Grow and manage a book of advertisers across both GCR and broader APAC region Work closely with our in-house ad creative team, coordinating creative projects and managing the workflow for any necessary revisions to ad creative Assist in compiling ad creative and campaign performance reporting Bring forth new ideas for creating efficiencies in day-to-day work and processes
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. At least 1-2 years of client-facing experience working with marketers in the mobile economy. Understanding of the mobile ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
Curious and passionate about mobile advertising as well as user acquisition Excellent attention to detail and highly organized Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Mandarin fluency required, English proficiency a strong plus

Senior Analyst,
IAP Growth
Responsibilities
You will interface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with mobile game to build business partnerships and support company growth Identify prospects, generate sales leads, negotiate and close new business via emails, calls, meetings, etc. Consistently perform extensive and accurate research and data analyses Network at events and meet-ups within the mobile gaming space to build business relationships and partnerships Liaise with our internal technical & operation teams regarding any publisher-focused technical queries, and provide customer support Leverage competitive analysis and understand the mobile advertising landscape
Basic Qualifications
Must have 5+ years experience in a Sales/Account Management/Analyst role, in mobile advertising, gaming, or relevant industries is essential Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth Must be data-driven and detail oriented, with strong analytical and negotiation skills Deep understanding of industry issues, coupled with a vision for growth and passion to scale AppLovin’s position in the industry space Proactive problem solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills High level of written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate complex models and concepts High level of written and oral communication skills in English is required BA/BS degree or equivalent

Senior Network Engineer
The Impact You’ll Make
Design, configure, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot network routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network resource utilizations and ensure resources are utilized efficiently using tools such as Smokeping, ElasticSearch. Troubleshooting network connectivity issues between racks, between data centers and with external service providers. Automate network device configurations and audit network configuration changes. Manage connectivity with external service providers, such as ISP, GCP, AWS. Build and improve network monitoring and alerting. Participate in 24/7 on call rotation. Work with service providers to troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field 6-8 years of hands-on network engineering and support experiences. Linux sysadmin experience and skills: iptables, IP routing, etc. Experience with system configuration tools: Git, Ansible, Terraform Proficiency in working with JSON and YAML data structures. Proficiency in scripting/automation using Python, Ruby, and/or Bash Deep understanding of networking technology in: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, Spanning Tree, VXLAN, GRE, IPsec Experience with public cloud network design, connectivity, and management (AWS, Google) Proven hands-on networking skills across multiple vendors (Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet) Ability to manage large scale distributed networks independently, efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in network configuration management and automation: Ansible, Batfish, Robot testing framework. Experience troubleshooting networking in Linux (RHEL, CentOS or Ubuntu) Experience in working with IPv6: addressing, routing. Software developing: design, develop, debug, testing, build and push
