A healthcare worker from Loganville, Georgia, has ignited widespread outrage after a video surfaced showing her twerking on top of a disabled patient's head. The woman, identified as 19-year-old Lucrecia Koiyan, posted the now-viral footage online, triggering immediate backlash.
In the video, Koiyan is seen dancing provocatively while standing on the handles of a wheelchair, with the patient remaining silent and keeping his head down. As criticism poured in, she attempted to defend herself in a follow-up post, claiming the video was misleading due to camera angles.
"It's not what it looks like, trust and believe, angles play a part," she said. She also dismissed accusations of misconduct, saying, "A lot of people want to comment about sexual assault, rape, all type of dumb s**t. Trust and believe, he is verbal, and I got proof." She then shared another clip, which she claimed showed the same man speaking, suggesting he was fully aware of what was happening.
Despite her defense, the video was later deleted from her account. However, instead of showing remorse, Koiyan posted another controversial clip, wearing a nurse's outfit while provocatively dancing on another man sitting in a bathtub. In this second video, she appeared to mock the backlash by squatting down and popping something into the topless man’s mouth, captioning it: "On to the next one."
The incident has sparked heated discussions online, with many viewers condemning her actions. "You need locking up and your registration taken off you for life," one user wrote. Another commented, "Girl, you’re not even supposed to post your patients, let alone dance on their head, assault them, and exploit them for views."
