A Brazilian OnlyFans model, known as Anna Polly, tragically fell to her death from a hotel balcony while reportedly filming an adult scene with two men. The 23-year-old, whose real name was Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, was found lifeless in the courtyard of the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Nova Iguacu, near Rio de Janeiro.
Local reports suggest Alves was recording explicit content when the incident occurred. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding her fall, with the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit leading the probe. Police are reviewing hotel surveillance footage and have questioned staff, but no arrests have been made so far. Alves’ mobile phone has also been collected as evidence.
The two men involved in the filming have reportedly provided conflicting accounts of what happened before Alves plunged from the balcony. Investigators have yet to determine whether her death was accidental or the result of foul play. The results of her autopsy, including toxicology tests to determine if drugs were in her system, have not been released. Police have also not confirmed whether there were any signs of sexual violence.
Graphic footage showing a police officer standing over Alves’ covered body circulated online, sparking widespread discussion. Her boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, expressed his grief in a social media post, saying, “It’s so difficult without you. As the hours pass, the hole in my heart is only getting bigger.” He also confirmed that police are handling the case and that if anyone is responsible, they will be held accountable.
Friends of Alves described her as ambitious, stating that she had many future plans and was looking forward to expanding her online presence. Her sudden passing has left those close to her in shock.
Police officials have called the case “complex” and emphasized that all possibilities remain on the table. Investigators are working to determine whether her death was an accident or involved criminal activity.
