Muhammad Ilham 律师正式加入拓维律师事务所，在雅加达办公室工作，担任拓维律师事务所印尼律师。
Muhamad Ilham 律师本科毕业于潘查希拉大学法律系，硕士毕业于印尼大学法学专业。他对于印度尼西亚法律体系有着深刻的理解，尤其精通公司法，并成功处理过多起公司投融资项目。Ilham 律师还为多家知名企业提供常年法律顾问服务，客户包括印尼最大的高端共享办公空间公司、最大的商用厨房设备公司、制造业公司以及金融公司集团。他还代理客户处理过多种诉讼和非诉讼案件。
加入拓维前Ilham 律师曾在印度尼西亚知名法律科技公司Legalku担任法务部门负责人。之后在HADS律师事务所担任主办律师。

Welcome lawyer Muhammad Ilham
to our Jakarta office
Lawyer Muhammad Ilham officially joined Topwe Law Firm, working in the Jakarta office, and served as the Indonesian lawyer of Topwe Law Firm.
Muhammad Ilham (Ilham) obtained his master degree from University of Indonesia and bachelor degree from Pancasila University. Ilham possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian legal system with a strong focus on corporate law and has successfully handled corporate investment funding. He has also advised several well-known companies in legal retainer services, including one of the largest premium co-working spaces in Indonesia, one of the largest commercial kitchen equipment companies, manufacturing companies, and one of the fastest-growing finance company groups. He has also represented clients both in and out-of-court settlements.
Ilham began his legal career at Legalku, a well-known legal tech company in Indonesia, where he worked for almost 2 years, ultimately becoming the Head of the Department. He then joined HADS Partnership, where he has been for more than 2 years serving as a Senior Associate for the Corporate Law Practice Group.
