近日,“同·感”——2024中韩工艺美术作品展暨学术研讨会在苏州工艺美术职业技术学院美术馆开幕。
The 2024 Sino-South Korean Art and Craft Works Exhibition & Academic Symposium was unveiled at the art museum of Suzhou Art & Design Technology Institute (SADTI) recently.
At the event, the SADTI Taohuawu New Year Painting Society was given plaques as the Suzhou Design Industry Association Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Innovation Practice Base and Suzhou Jiangnan Public Culture Unique Space.
Fan Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the SADTI, mentioned that as the first independent higher vocational college of art and design in China, SADTI has formed profound cooperative relationships with many renowned art schools in South Korea. The two sides have reaped dividends and accumulated experience in academic communication, teacher and student exchanges, and joint exhibitions, among others. The exhibition is a testament to the institute's achievements in international education and also a witness to the deep friendship between the arts and crafts communities in China and South Korea.
The opening day also witnessed the 6th annual club meeting of the Taohuawu New Year Painting Society, the Taohuawu New Year Painting Inheritance and Development Forum, and the Sino-South Korean Arts and Crafts Symposium.
The exhibition will last through November 28 at the SADTI Art Museum.
