10月25日，“向光而生”2024海泰地产&iGuzzini依古姿妮品牌之夜在中信广场53楼隆重举办。这是两大匠心品牌的首次战略合作，选择云端之上——中信广场为起点，寓意着两家企业致敬上海未来，打造品质生活，塑造时代经典的美好愿景。当天，意大利对外贸易委员会代表龙小燕、iGuzzini亚太区总监Luca Tarsetti、海泰地产董事长丁劲松，以及各界大咖、主流媒体齐聚一堂，共见两大品牌的战略合作启幕。

On October 25, the "Born to the Light" 2024 HiTime Real Estate & iGuzzini Night was grandly held on the 53rd floor of Zhongxin Plaza. This is the first strategic cooperation between the two ingenious brands. Choosing Zhongxin Plaza, above the clouds, as the starting point implies that the two companies pay tribute to the future of Shanghai, create quality life, and shape the beautiful vision of the classics of the times. The project has set up seven hidden projects, including a whole-house central water purification system, a whole-house floor heating system, a whole-house imported copper pipe live water supply system, a fresh air dehumidification and negative ion system, an indoor safety house, a whole-house stainless steel drainage system, and a whole-house sprinkler system. Among them, the indoor safety house has the functions of earthquake resistance, disaster reduction, fire prevention and theft prevention. In addition, the project has its own helicopter landing pad, opening up an air emergency rescue channel, becoming the first and only high-rise residential building in Shanghai with its own rooftop helipad.
