2024年是充满里程碑的一年。我们迎来了香港高等商学院成立21周年的荣耀时刻，同时也是中欧国际时尚教育合作10周年，香港高商形成了中英，中意，中法合作的国际化办学格局，有今天的成绩，离不开香港高商人的智慧、坚韧和包容。
即将过去的2024是一个让时尚界同仁感慨的年景，但在人类文明的长河中，世界发展就是这样，都是有起有伏，所以古希腊哲学家才会说这句话：上山的路和下山的路是一条路。人类简史这本书里面也说道：人类发展最重要的三种力量：知识、工具、认知。在全球经济困难的时刻，2025，让我们拥抱知识，用智慧的认知，科学的管理去发展我们的事业；
在此，我祝福时尚界所有的同仁，让我们携手同行，带着笑容去面对下一个上坡，一起去创造属于我们伟大的时尚社会。尼采也说，“每一个不曾起舞的日子，都是对生命的辜负”，在新的一年里，我们一起去经历事业的繁华、体验生活的美好，新年快乐。
Hello everyone! At this wonderful moment of renewal, on behalf of the Hong Kong Higher School of Business（HKBS) and the China-Europe Institute of Fashion , I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and warm New Year's greetings to all the professors, alumni in the fashion industry, and all friends who have long cared about and supported the development of our business school!
The year 2024 was a milestone-filled year. We celebrated the glorious 21st anniversary of the founding of the Hong Kong Higher School of Business. Meanwhile, it was also the 10th anniversary of China-Europe international fashion education cooperation. The HKBS has formed an internationalized school-running pattern with cooperation among China, the UK, Italy, and France. Today's achievements would not have been possible without the wisdom, perseverance, and inclusiveness of the people of the Hong Kong Higher School of Business.
The soon-to-be-past year 2024 has been a year that has evoked mixed feelings among our colleagues in the fashion industry. However, in the long history of human civilization, that's just how the world develops, with its ups and downs. That's why the ancient Greek philosopher said this: The road uphill and the road downhill are one and the same. It is also mentioned in the book "A Brief History of Humanity" that the three most important forces in human development are knowledge, tools, and cognition. In this difficult time for the global economy, in 2025, let's embrace knowledge, use wise cognition and scientific management to develop our careers.
Here, I wish all our colleagues in the fashion industry that let's join hands, face the next uphill journey with smiles, and create a magnificent fashion society that belongs to us together. Nietzsche also said, "Every day that you don't dance is a day wasted." In the new year, let's experience the prosperity of our careers and the beauty of life together. Happy New Year!
