本周，在“对话校长”活动中，清英各学科团队围绕“拔尖创新人才的早期培养”“学科+”等话题，结合自身行动，分享实践做法、明晰改进路径。清英人用思考力、行动力，用草根研究、自主创新，积极回应着时代的命题。
This week, through Talk to Principal activity, various subject teams from Qingying shared practical practices and clarified improvement paths around topics such as "early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents", subject+, and so forth. Qingying people actively respond to the propositions of the times with their thinking and action abilities, grassroots research, and independent innovation.

本周，清英举行了优秀教研组、备课组评选，以评促优，向优而行。各教研组长、备课组长总结了学期工作，分享了取得的成果。各组始于新、立于研、行于思，以初心勾勒、让匠心施彩、用精心跟进，各美其美，美美与共。
This week, Qingying held an excellent teaching and research group and lesson preparation group selection to promote excellence. 春风化雨润桃李，立德树人铸师魂。清英启动“星级教师”评选活动，从师德师风、教育教学、科研成果、专业发展等方面对教师一年来的工作进行全面的考核。
Spring breeze and rain moisten peach and plum blossoms, cultivate virtue and build the soul of a teacher. Qingying launched the "Star Teacher" selection, which comprehensively assesses teachers' work over the past year from aspects such as teacher ethics and style, education and teaching, scientific research achievements, and professional development.
狂欢：“智圆行方”迎新年
清英第七届狂欢节暨“智圆行方”迎新年活动在全体师生和家长的热情参与中拉开帷幕。本次狂欢节寓教于乐，融趣味性与实践性于一体，为全体小村民呈现了一场难忘的冬日盛宴。
The 7th Qingying Carnival and the Zhi Yuan Xing Fang New Year's Eve event kicked off with the enthusiastic participation of all teachers, students, and parents. 考级：“拾阶而上”秀口语
本周，学校举行了英语考级活动。同学们根据自身掌握词汇的情况，自主选择级别备考，逐级过关。活动极大地激发了同学们学习英语的兴趣，检验了同学们掌握英语单词的情况，促使同学们爱英语、学英语、用英语。

一位才华横溢的少女，对钢琴艺术有着深厚的热爱与不懈的追求。在暑假期间，她有幸与郎朗大师同台，在辽宁的演出中展现了非凡的钢琴技艺。她的演奏不仅技巧娴熟，每一个音符都精准到位，而且台风稳健，展现出大将之风，赢得了现场观众的一致好评。今年的常州市“三独”比赛获得一等奖的好成绩。吴晓彤同学以实际行动诠释了对音乐的执着与热爱。
