苏州工业园区融荟文化交流中心是专注于“在苏外籍人士城市融入”、“国际志愿者团队”搭建，“中外青少年公益实践”，致力于推动“文化融合”的3A级社会组织（民办非企业单位），主管单位为苏州工业园区文体旅游局。融荟自2019年初正式注册成立至今已持续在公益领域深耕五年。
Learn-Will Cultural Exchange Center is committed to fostering the integration of expat residents in Suzhou, establishing international volunteer teams, and promoting cultural integration through public charity initiatives. As a recognized and certified social organization (a non-profit organization). For five years, Learn-Will has been actively engaged in the public welfare sector.

LEARN-WILL'S JOURNEY
2018年融荟参与苏州工业园区社会创新创业大赛，其项目“苏州外籍人士城市融入”获一等奖，进入社创孵化，首个项目落地玲珑湾社区并一直持续至今；
In 2018, Learn-Will participated in the SIP's Social and Entrepreneurship Competition, where its project “Facilitating the Integration of Foreign Residents in Suzhou” won the first prize. Subsequently, the project became the first initiative to be implemented in the Bayside community, where it has been ongoing ever since.
2019-至今连续承接多个社区“国际化提升”项目，如西湖社区外籍志愿者共建国际化社区，望湖社区中外居民融合等；
Since 2019, Learn-Will has continuously undertaken multiple projects aimed at improving the “Internationalization” of local communities. Examples include collaborating with international volunteers in the Green Lake Community to co-create an internationalized living environment and facilitating the integration of Chinese and expatriates residents in the Green Lake Community.

In 2022-2023, Learn-Will international volunteer team won "Excellent Volunteer Service Team" in SIP.
自2021年起，融荟连续四年参与园区志愿者协会“公益伙伴”计划并对接大凉山助学支教，嫁接企业社会责任；
Since 2021, Learn-Will joined the "Public Welfare Partner" program of the SIP's Volunteer Association and initiated the teaching and support program for children in DaLiang Mountain, integrating corporate social responsibility initiatives.

2021年受园区外事办邀约作为专家组成员参与“园区国际化提升”项目研讨，并参与园区外籍人士一站式服务中心活动策划与宣传，参与园区公共场所标识双语化志愿行动；
In 2021, We were invited by the SIP's Foreign Affairs Office to participate as a member of the advicing group in the “SIP's Internationalization Enhancement” project discussion. Learn-Will contributed to the planning and promotion of activities at the One-Stop Service Centre for Expats, as well as participated in the volunteer initiative for bilingual signage in public areas within SIP.

Our Journey has just started
自2022年起，融荟对接德威学校、新加坡外籍子女学校、上海英国外籍人员子女学校等国际学校，合作定制化国际学生社会实践及文化交流项目，如：中韩高中生系列文化交流月，国际学生社区服务公益活动指导与策划，关注弱势群体等志愿服务；
Since 2022, we partnered with international schools like Dulwich College International, Suzhou Singapore International School, and Shanghai British International School to create tailor-made social practice and cultural exchange projects for international students. These included community service, charity event planning, and volunteering for vulnerable groups.

2022年搭建“SIP国际志愿者团队”并深入疫情防控一线，国际志愿行动受到新华社、China Daily等官方媒体关注。
In 2022, the “SIP International Volunteer Team” was established by Learn-Will. The international volunteer initiative gained attention from official media such as Xinhua News and China Daily.
志愿者团队中的模范代表Ellen Touchstone（施爱伦，美国） 、Kamran Khan（巴基斯坦）获园区时代新人称号；施爱伦纪录片播放在中央电视台
Model representatives within the volunteer team, Ellen Touchstone (from the United States) and Kamran Khan (from Pakistan), were honored with the title of “Role Models of SIP.” Ellen Touchstone’s documentary was broadcasted on China Central Television.
2022年搭建外籍社群，为外籍人士线上答疑解惑，提供及时资讯与生活指南，公众号开设专栏#Life in Suzhou, 梳理外籍居民高频问题并整理成文章129篇（截止目前），帮助外籍人士在苏州的生活更舒心，更便捷。
In 2022, Learn-Will Big Fam WeChat groups were established to provide online Q&A sessions and offer timely information and living guides for expats. A dedicated compilation titled #Life in Suzhou was launched on the official WeChat account, where 119 articles have been compiled so far, addressing frequently asked questions by expatriate residents and aiming to make their lives in Suzhou more comfortable and convenient.
2022-2023年，融荟持续两年协助园区公共文化中心策划、宣传”中法文化周-中法诗会”。
In 2022-2023, Learn-Will continued to assist the SIP's Public Cultural Center in planning and promoting the “China-France Cultural Week - Sino-French Poetry Symposium” for two consecutive years.
2023年持续探索帮助外籍人士融入本地生活的新路径；全年开展近100场中外文化交流公益活动，为外籍人士了解中国文化、深度参与本地建设搭建了桥梁。
In 2023, we continued to explore new ways to help foreign residents integrate into local life. Throughout the year, we organized nearly 100 cultural exchange events, serving as a bridge for expatriates to understand Chinese culture and actively participate in local development.
2023年，国际志愿者团队成员们继续活跃在社会的各个需要帮助的领域，关爱孤寡老人，陪伴自闭症儿童，登山护林，参与宣传关爱小动物保护志愿行动；他们分享智慧，传播温暖，用行动践行社会责任！
In 2023, our international volunteer team remained active across various social sectors: caring for the elderly, supporting children with autism, conservation efforts, and animal care. Their actions exemplified the spirit of sharing wisdom, spreading warmth, and fulfilling social responsibility.

国际她力量
HER POWER
2023年，与园区妇工委共同发起Her Power中外女性融合发展项目，开展女性职场论坛、女性法律沙龙、中外家庭走访博物馆、苏州园林、昆曲文化艺术中心等历史足迹，带领国际友人深入了解中国文化、融入苏式生活；中外儿童在社会实践与自然探索中增进彼此了解，扩展国际视野。
In 2023, we co-launched the Her Power project with the Women and Children's Working Committee in SIP. The initiative facilitated the integration and development of women from diverse backgrounds through workplace forums, legal rights salons, and cultural visits, deepening understanding of Chinese culture and fostering international exchange among women and children.
望湖社区项目
GREEN LAKE COMMUNITY
2023年，组建了望湖社区外籍志愿者团队，中外居民在运动与节日相聚中其乐融融，中外居民羽毛球友谊赛、系列“学说中国话”的公益课堂第二季也持续受到外籍朋友的积极反响。
In 2023, the Green Lake Community established an international volunteer team, uniting residents through sports and festive events. The badminton friendship match and the second season of “Learning Chinese”classes received positive responses from international friends.
苏州工业园区观察团
SIP International Children's Observation Team
2023年，创立“金鸡湖国际儿童观察团”，将来自世界各地的儿童聚在一起，通过观察和采访，来调研辖区内公共场所的儿童友好程度；观察员们通过小组讨论、头脑风暴，把观察和体验的结果变成一条条深思熟虑的建议，为提升金鸡湖街道的儿童友好程度添砖加瓦。
In 2023, the “SIP International Children’s Observation Team” was established to research and improve the child-friendliness of public spaces in Suzhou SIP. Through observations and interviews, children from around the world provided thoughtful recommendations through group discussions and brainstorming sessions.

2024年，融荟持续开展各类中外儿童深度文化交流研学活动，如“中外儿童共度中国年冬令营”，“中外儿童乘风破浪夏令营”，“国际儿童可持续发展主题研学”，其中“文化小使者-英文小记者街头采访洋苏州”活动报道于“学习强国”；
In 2024, Learn-Will continued diverse cultural exchange programs for Chinese and foreign children, including the “Chinese New Year Winter Camp”, Paddle Boarding Summer Camp and “Culture Ambassadors - Street Interviews in Suzhou,” featured on “Xuexi Qiangguo. (A National News Platform)”

Art and Culture Sharing
2024年，融荟秘书长刘旭东先生受苏州丝绸博物馆邀请前往威尼斯传播丝绸文化，图片中刘老师正在给威尼斯副市长及中国驻米兰总领事讲解正在威尼斯莫瑟尼格宫博物馆展出的苏州丝绸服饰和面料。
In 2024, Learn-Will's Program Director, Mr. Bob Liu visited Venice to promote silk culture at the invitation of the Suzhou Silk Museum. Bob explained Suzhou silk garments and fabrics on display at the Museo Mocenigo in Venice to the Deputy Mayor of Venice and the Chinese Consul General in Milan.
五年如一日，融荟文化交流中心努力搭建在苏外籍人士融入本地社区的桥梁，同时也带动苏州生活工作的外籍友人们深入参与到社区志愿服务中，提升城市融入感、推动文化融合。
With each passing year, Learn-Will strengthens the bonds between Suzhou’s vibrant community and its growing expat population. By empowering our international friends through volunteer opportunities, we facilitate deeper integration, learning, and exploration of the local culture. Together, we foster a harmonious blend of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
