8月21日，本周二，SIP国际儿童观察团满怀期待地抵达了苏州中心星巴克甄选门店。随着对本次观察活动目标的清晰了解，一群充满好奇的小小观察员们正式踏上了这场别开生面的咖啡文化探索之旅。
On Tuesday, August 21st, the SIP International Children's Observation Team visited the Starbucks Reserve Store in Suzhou Center. With a clear understanding of the objectives of their mission, a group of curious little observers embarked on this unique journey of coffee culture exploration.
拥有专业技艺的咖啡大师Titi Tang以他那标志性的专业风范，热情洋溢地欢迎了在场的小朋友们。他还特别邀请了苏州中心甄选店的店长Maggie担任此次探索之旅的向导，引领大家深入体验。观察团的成员们穿梭于这家斥资高达1300万元精心打造的门店之内，店内设计匠心独运，巧妙地将众多苏州特色元素融入其中。墙面装饰采用了细腻入微的苏绣工艺，每一针每一线都细腻地勾勒出江南水乡的温婉与雅致，营造出一种现代与传统和谐共融的独特氛围。
Titi Tang, a professional coffee master, warmly welcomed the children. He also invited Maggie, the store manager, to serve as the guide of this exploration journey, leading everyone for an immersive experience. They walked through the store, which was meticulously crafted with an investment of 13 million. The store’s design is both innovative and thoughtful, integrating many Suzhou characteristics into it. The wall decoration adopts the exquisite Suzhou embroidery, every stitch and every line of the exquisite outline of the gentle and elegant Jiangnan water town, creating a unique atmosphere of harmony and integration of modern and traditional.
随后，我们的观察团成员们来到了手冲吧台——这里不仅是咖啡艺术的展示舞台，更是技术与创意的完美交汇点。吧台上，各式各样的手冲器具整齐排列，从精密的温控壶到各式滤纸，从手摇磨豆机到不同材质的冲煮壶，每一件工具都彰显着对咖啡品质的极致追求。
Afterwards, the little observers went to the coffee making bar - not only a showcase for the art of coffee, but also a perfect meeting point for technology and creativity. On the bar, a variety of equipment were neatly arranged, from precision temperature control kettles to various kinds of filter paper, from hand coffee grinders to brewing pots, made of different materials. Each tool demonstrates the ultimate pursuit of coffee quality.
Titi Tang亲自上阵，为孩子们展示了手冲咖啡的精湛技艺。从精心挑选咖啡豆、细致研磨，到精准注水、品鉴咖啡，每一步都蕴含着他对咖啡文化的深刻理解与无限热爱。他特别提及，今日所使用的卢旺达浅烘咖啡豆，其背后承载着当地女性农民的辛勤劳动与独立精神，这不仅是一份来自远方的独特风味，更是对女性力量与独立精神的颂扬。
Titi Tang personally demonstrated how to make a cup of pour-over coffee. From the careful selection of coffee beans and meticulous grinding, to precisely pouring the water and tasting the coffee, every step reflects his deep understanding and boundless love for coffee culture. He mentioned that the Rwandan light roasted coffee beans used today, which carry the hard work and independence of local women farmers behind them, are not only a unique flavor from afar, but also a celebration of women's strength and independence.
在星巴克伙伴的悉心指导下，孩子们也跃跃欲试，亲手体验制作手冲咖啡的乐趣。他们小心翼翼地控制水温、调整注水节奏，亲眼见证着咖啡豆从生豆到杯中佳酿的神奇转变。整个过程中，店内弥漫着浓郁的咖啡香气与孩子们纯真的欢声笑语。
Under the guidance of Starbucks workers, the children eagerly tried their hand at making pour-over coffee. They carefully control the water temperature, adjusted the pouring pace, and witnessed the magic transformation of coffee beans from raw beans to to a delightful brew in the cupThroughout the process, the store was filled with a strong aroma of coffee and the joyful laughter of children.
而随后的趣味手工环节更是将环保理念推向了新的高度。孩子们利用星巴克回收的咖啡渣作为原料，巧手将小巧可爱的多肉植物种植其中。这些看似不起眼的咖啡渣在孩子们的创意与努力下焕发出了新的生机与活力，不仅美化了环境，更传递出了星巴克作为行业领导者在推动绿色消费、倡导循环经济方面的坚定决心与承诺。
The following fun handmade session brought the concept of environmental protection to a new level. Using recycled Starbucks coffee grounds as raw materials, the children planted cute little plants. These seemingly insignificant coffee grounds were given new life and vitality through the children's creativity and effort, not only beautifying the environment, but also conveying the firm determination and commitment of Starbucks as an industry leader in promoting green consumption and advocating circular economy.

The program of SIP International Children's Observation Team not only allow the children deeply feel the charm of coffee culture, but also planted the seeds of environmental protection and public welfare in their hearts.
