8月30日，国际儿童观察团的小成员们怀揣着好奇与兴奋的心情，踏入了苏州友达光电有限公司的大门，开启了一场寓教于乐的学习与探索之旅。在明确了此次活动的观察目标后，他们紧随马悦老师的步伐，步入了智造展厅。在那里，一双双充满求知欲的眼睛闪烁着探索的光芒。
On August 30th, with curiosity and excitement, the SIP International Children's Observation Team stepped into the gates of Suzhou AUO and started a learning and exploring journey. After clarifying the observation mission, they followed the steps of Ms. Ma Yue and visited the Manufacturing Exhibition Hall.
马老师首先为小朋友们揭开了“ESG”与“ESP”的神秘面纱。她解释道：“ESG不仅要求企业追求经济效益，更强调其对环境保护、社会责任和良好治理的承诺。而ESP，则是我们每个人心中那份守护地球家园的信念。”
"Ms. Ma first explained the meanings of ‘ESG’ and ‘ESP’ to the children. ‘ESG’ not only requires companies to pursue economic benefits, but also emphasizes their commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility, and good governance. As for ‘ESP’, it represents the conviction in each of our hearts to protect our home planet."
紧接着，朱明琪老师引领大家前往消防安全展厅。在这里，朱老师生动地讲解了针对不同火源的灭火方法，并鼓励每位小朋友参与“模拟灭火”游戏。观察员George率先尝试，他手持“灭火器”，精准地对准屏幕上的虚拟火焰，迅速将其扑灭。随后，其他观察员也纷纷加入，整个展厅洋溢着欢笑与学习的氛围。随后，孩子们被分为男女两组，每组在志愿者老师的带领下，进入了模拟火灾现场的“密室”。在烟雾缭绕的环境中，他们按照朱老师的指导，保持弯腰低姿，迅速且有序地找到了安全出口并成功“逃脱”。这次经历不仅让他们掌握了火灾自救的技能，更深刻体会到了团队合作的力量。
Mr. Zhu Mingqi led everyone to the Fire Safety Exhibition Hall. Here, Ms. Zhu vividly explained how to extinguish different sources of fire and encouraged children to participate in the Simulated Fire Extinguishing game. George took the lead in trying it out, holding a fire extinguisher，he accurately aimed at the virtual flames on the screen and quickly put them out. Other observers joined in, and the whole exhibition hall was filled with laughter and learning.
Then, the children were divided into two groups, and each group was led by one volunteer into a chamber simulating a fire scene. In the smoky environment, they followed Mr. Zhu's instructions, kept a low stance, quickly and orderly found a safe exit and successfully “escaped”. This experience not only enabled them to master the skills of fire self-rescue, but also deeply realized the importance of teamwork.
而趣味手工环节更是将可持续发展理念推向了新的高度。孩子们围坐在工作台旁，动手制作太阳能发电风车。他们细心地粘贴叶片，调整角度，当阳光透过窗户洒在风车上时，风车缓缓转动起来，孩子们的脸上绽放出了自豪与喜悦的笑容。这一刻，他们不仅亲手创造了绿色能源的小奇迹，更在心中种下了可持续发展与创新的种子。
Fun craft session also brought the concept of sustainable development to a new level. Children sat around and made a solar-powered windmill. They carefully pasted the blades and adjusted the angle. When the sunlight streamed through the window onto the windmill, it slowly began to rotate, and the children's faces lit up with smiles of pride and joy. Not only did they create a small miracle of green energy with their own hands, but they also planted the seeds of sustainable development and innovation in their hearts.
此次国际儿童观察团在苏州友达光电的探访之旅，每位孩子都深刻理解了ESG理念的重要性，掌握了基本的消防安全知识，体验了团队合作的乐趣，更激发了他们对可持续发展的无限憧憬。展望未来，在园区妇工委的引领下，融荟将持续携手社会各界力量，共同倾听与发掘儿童友好园区建设的宝贵意见与建议，激励孩子们成长为未来社会的责任担当者和创新引领者。
The program of the SIP International Children's Observation Team not only provided a deep understanding of the importance of ESG concepts but also allowed them to appreciate fire safety knowledge, grasp the significance of teamwork, and was inspiring, planting seeds for sustainable development. In the future, Learn-Will will join hands with more social forces to jointly explore and discover valuable voices and suggestions for the construction of child-friendly cities, and create more opportunities for children.
